We had a wonderful large suite with private balcony and AC. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and large lounging area in nature looking out to the lake. Wonderful. Also, the breakfast buffet is expansive and tasty. It makes you want to get out of bed and start the day off right.

We had a fantastic stay here with three families! The outdoor area and garden were beautiful, and the swimming pool was cozy and refreshing. The gym and tennis hall were great additions, and we loved the ice feature — such a nice touch.What truly made our stay special was the staff. From the friendly reception team to the exceptional service at breakfast, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful.Everything met our needs perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. What a great place for a family trip!

Nothing, everything was perfect for us

Everything! Very cozy hotel in a perfect natural setting. A bird watchers paradise awaiting you. The medieval town of Rust restored to its original character makes you move into the past...

I returned to this property because I have stayed here before. My past experience was better than this one.

I was put into a very small room, compared to what I had in the past. There were many problems with the room, but the worst thing was the room was way too hot. The thermostat was broken, and I was told to open the window for relief. I asked if I could change rooms and was told that they were fully booked. I couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot. The window couldn’t be opened because the window was broken.

If you book a room with balcony then you get although as it is called a "pet friendly hotel" a small ugly furnished room without a balcony at the end of the hotel. "You must go into a dog room" whatever you have booked before and they were even not interested in the fact that I with mobility issues cannot walk such a long way. Extremely unfriendly people at reception if you as a dog owner show up. They were even not willing to provide any benefits for the fact that you did not get for what you have paid for. They even wanted to charge extra for the dog despite the downgrading.In addition poor service at dinner, forgotten to change certain meal components and a glass of wine only arrived at the end of the mealSeveral areas would need immediate renovation like window frames and reception staff would need extra client orientation training.

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We had a magnificent suite overlooking the lake. The garden is wonderful to sit in and enjoy nature. Watching the storks on the hotel roof was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was very pleasant. Of course sitting at lakeside was very relaxing.

A perfect hotel by the lakeside. The wellness area, with its large pool, stays open late, as does the restaurant & bar—something that's not always the case in Austria! They serve great cocktails, offer e-bikes for guests, and the hotel is surrounded by a charming wine-region village (or town). The staff is very friendly. Truly, if you're okay with the price, this is an ideal 4-star hotel. While the hotel isn't newly renovated, it's not a detriment

The room was not as described (overlooking city). In fact the outlook was an eye level look over a weed covered flat roof looking up to higher rooms with balconies. The room itself was clean and modern, but why do hotels not seem to check that sink plugs actually work?Breakfast was advertised as up to 11.00, but by 10.30 all the few staff did was clear away and vacuum cleaner around. Fruit juice had to be asked for(it was out of a bottle, not freshly prepared),and the hot buffet was almost depleted.Dinner, however, was very good and well cooked.

Location was very nice, close to the center, in a quiet surroundings. I especially admire the good quality of the bed and the excellent breakfast. It was a bonus to me that the hotel had an indoor swimming pool with convenient opening hours and there was not a problem with parking.

The hotel was quite noisy in the evening - room door did not isolate the noise from the corridor. Also, it was quite unusual to me that I obtained just a bottle of water after announcing a welcome drink. I would suggest either not to announce a welcome drink or to give a small glass of wine, which is so suitable for this region.

no toilet facilities for disabled people on ground floor where the restaurant is. some staff appear very put uponbar very functional and not very gemütlich
