Hotel Diplomat Park

The hotel was in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town center. The spacious parking area was conveniently located right in front of the entrance, making access quick and easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

While the bed could have been more comfortable, we still slept very well and felt rested.

Clean, comfortable and cosy room. Clean and spacious bathroom. The room has everything necessary for a hotel. Shampoo and soap provided.

I would advice the towel hangers to be placed on a more comfortable place. I was in room 209. E.g. the small towel drying rack can be above the toilet paper. Next to the sink makes the towels wet and sometimes dirty as water sprays. The bathroom towels can be on the wall near the bath tub (within closer reach) but not next to it so they don't get wet.The place of the hotel is not a problem if you travel by car mainly but if you walk at night it might feel uncomfortable and unsafe as it is not in a living area (it is an industrial area) but the atea is quiet.

Nothing special. Was ok. No more. Shower was fine.

Friendly reception, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. A short drive, 5 mins, from the amazing Geopark Iskar-Panega for walking and boat trips. We spent the afternoon there.

Rooms were simple, had ensuit bathroom, check in was simple and quick, decent no frills hotel for a night or two to explore the local areas, well signposted aircon was good in the room not too noisy

It is okay for one night. The staff are very helpful. It pretty much had all that it had been advertising. I loved the wide hallways!

It was strange that the doors didn't have the room numbers. I wasn't really sure where to go and had to go back and ask. They told me just to count the doors from the beginning. Also, the room wasn't refreshed and probably needed cleaning.

The rooms are clean and cozy, with a TV, in that evening I found my favorite movie on it. The bed is soft and not hard. The room has many lights and makes it so bright.

The room was too small for me, as I have claustrophobia, all night I couldn’t close an eyes. The bath cabine is same too small, I didn’t have space to wash myself comfortably. The windows, walls, ceiling and floor have an old style, it’s like a really 3 star hotel.

Kids are unwelcome there. Rude personal.

They say that kids are welcome, but when I arrived with a kid, the receptionist almost refused to provide the room, in a very rude manner, insisting on booking one more double room, wich i refused. Finally for a small travel bed for the kid they charged an extra 13 Euro (25 Leva) at the property. Very unpleasant experience.

Basic hotel, very polite staff. Good location to explore Projodna cave, Saeva dupka cave, Zlatna Panega eco path. Restaurant is good, but when is full at the maximum, it takes long time to deliver your food. All the staff is polite, although overloaded. Parking is in front of the hotel, free of charge. Lukovit does not offer a lot of caffees to drink a coffee or have a lunch. But the nature itself pays your stay back. Boat trip is good along the river.

Price was faire, everything was OK, no complains in general.

it is a nice hotel.. clean room, spotless bathroom. location is not great but it wasnt a problem (we had free parking and we were here only for the night). the stuff was very helpfull

Softest towels i have had in a hotel

A little smell in the room but we have ventilated. The toilet seat did not want to stay up. Needs better sound insulation because we can hear regular sounds from next door rooms

Uncomfortable mattress, missing window blind slat, long wait for hot water.

Basic hotel in spooky town. This village at night is very dark with lots of scary streets and people loitering around. It's an excellent place to sleep if you want to be close to the caves nearby. The hotel is basic, everything you need is there, nothing special.For the price I would've liked breakfast included option. Parking is free on site. The wifi worked for only one of my devices.
