    It is a nice location.

Last time the staff was more welcoming and friendly. The room also had no Balcony, just a window to the interstate and being on the route to the harbor, it got noisy around 3 am! But with the holidays starting, the place was a lot busier too!

Chaos in the restaurant. Food quality poor. Reception unattended

Coming off the motorway, it is a perfect stop for a comfortable night. Has a nearby petrol station and a nice coffee shop next door for the morning.

If you arrive at night , food shops are closed , so you may need to drive into town or next services 6 minutes away.

The room was large enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. It’s on the highway, so if you travel around that region, it’s a nice place to stop by spend a night.

Unwelcoming staff. The restaurant is open to the public, quite busy, noisy and not cozy at all.

on the route from Seville to Gibraltar

The front door slammed soo hard that you would wake up every time some use it. The included breakfast was served at the neighbor property and was really poor, one large piece of toasted bread with jam. The coffee was good and the fresh squezzed orange juice was excellent.

Its a perfect place to spend a night or two when traveling in the area. It was extremely clean and well maintained and very pleasant attitude from the people at the reception.

Clean room and and had good times with giggling service

Walls are like paper and they didnt know a single word of english at breakfast

The room was very large, with a nice balcony, the bed was comfy. The receptionist gave us a friendly welcome, and saved the stay. We were there for the MotoGP at the Circuito, the location was great, right on the main road to Jerez. (30 -40 minutes)

I tried to contact the hotel a few times by phone and messages but either the response was late or they just didn't reply. I asked for a room with the fewest stairs, but the response came after the free cancellation period ended. So I had to accept the 3 flights of stairs, which I managed with difficulty. The restaurant staff were not very helpful, I tried to call a couple of times during the day to make sure they would be open for dinner but there was no answer. When we arrived ( 8.10 pm )we were told they would close at 9 pm and we needed to order by 8:30. I returned at 8:25 to be told we could only have sandwiches. On protest they gave 2 options, the venison stew main course was lovely, but cold, the chicken salads looked like it had been there all day and we didn't eat them, it was expensive. The staff were so unwelcoming we didn't complain and left before 9pm. We could see the chef banging about in the kitchen, he was not happy at the order. I would have preferred them to say they were closed we were so uncomfortable.

    - Friendly, polite staff. - Clean rooms

    - Staff don't speak english. I had huge problems to communicate and order something to eat.- WiFi not working. I didn't even try to report it, because no one speaks english.- For the breakfast I got only a slice of bread with butter and small coffee for 12 EUR. Then I saw local people eating ham and drinking some juice, so I asked for it, which was a huge accomplishment given the fact that no one speaks english. I think one guy was saying to me that the kitchen is still closed, so they cannot prepare anything else for me at that time.

The breakfast was ok. The bed was very good and the staff helpfull and polite.

It was very strong smell in our room. I have asthma and I had to open the door by night and take a lot of medicine.Still at home our clothes were smelling stronly. We had to wash them all. Also all our things wewe smelling - C-PAP-apparatus, suitcases and so on.
