Spirit Hotel Ciudad de Burgos

The decoration was really interesting and for a roadside hotel, the food, drink and room was fantastic.

It was the third time for us to stay at this hotel on the way to Portugal from France. This hotel is located very close to the motorway, so it is quite convenient. The room was nicely renovated. My husband and I like the breakfast very much.

Everything. The parking was really good. Very welcoming at reception. Decor inside the hotel. The meal in the rest was excellent. The service in the restaurant was really nice and efficient. There was a small bar and a free drink. . The reception was really friendly. Everyone we met was great. This is how to run a hotel. Room was perfect for our quick stopover.

I think the charge for the cat at 17 Euros was expensive.

Big, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for a night during a long road trip with easy access to the highway.

We’ve stayed before twice and we appreciate the recent improvements. Portion sizes in the restaurant are smaller which is a pity because the chef is very good.

Portion sizes. Range of wine and drinks available. Room for improvement. This last time I noticed that if we stay again we could reduce the cost of the room by 20% - I have never seen this before

A little bit removed from town.

This is a superb hotel offering a high level of comfort for a very fair price. The staff, especially on reception, were exceptional. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. The parking garage is secure and in the basement directly beneath the hotel with easy access. The WiFi signal is strong and stable. The restaurant is good value and tasty, as is the breakfast. The location, directly off the motorway, is convenient for travellers heading both north and south. Full recommendation.

The only minor comment would be a bottle of water in the bedroom on arrival. Other than this, perfect.

The gardens were large and well kept. Pet friendly. The restaurant at dinner was good. The location is great if you do not want to enter Burgos and be on your way quickly as it is very close to the highway. Once you are at the hotel you don't feel the proximity to the highway. It is quiet and calm.

The breakfast could be better.

It was the second time for us to stay at this hotel. The hotel is located very close to the highway, so it is very convenient for us to spend a night at the hotel on our way to Portugal from France. The room is very clean and the staff are friendly. If we have anther opportunity to go to France from Portugal by car, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

It was really a very bad experience I had to stay there because my daughter was participating in the dance World Cup in Burgos and there is nothing in Burgos to book. The stuff know nothing about being friendly How come someone is working in the reception and doesn’t speak English! And the worst was the food. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever eat in my whole life and apparently they it’s already made and they only put it in the oven

Zero air conditioning control in the room we had to call 6 times to re set the air conditioning as it was so hot, woke up in middle of the night and had to go down physically to ask to re set up our room each times, so ridiculous!

Inside the facility was surprisingly modern and renovated. Room was very clean and spacious. AC works great. Staff was very friendly. Big outside parking lot for free. 15 min driving to the Burgos City center. We drove and parked in the central location (around €8 for 5 hours) instead of looking for a hotel with a parking garage in Burgos downtown. Great value for money.

It would be great if they provide a safe and small fridge in the room.

Clean, modern, filled with life and many people around even late at night. We wanted to stop over on our road trip for the night and had no trouble checking in even at midnight. Breakfast was very nice

Premium deluxe room was smaller than expected and on first floor directly towards the motorway. the windows are soundproof but I had to decide between fresh air from outside and quiet

A modern, clean hotel, near interstate. The hotel has a restaurant and cafe. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were accommodating. It is several miles from the city center.

The included breakfast was excellent! Three times as many choices than one person could eat. It was clean, with a restaurant and cafeteria, both with extended hours. We arrived late and left early traveling to Madrid, but wished we could have stayed multiple nights.

Nothing in the location

The accessability was great and the grounds were fantastic for walking dogs after a long journey. The bedrooms / bathrooms were a very good specification and very comfy beds. Would 100% stay there again.

Would prefer the food service to start before 8pm as we had an early start to the day, but the food was amazing!
