Pros +

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I knew I would like the place as soon as I arrived! The room is beautiful and the private balcony is a major +. I really liked the included breakfast, which was customized to my preferences, and the location was perfect to reach everything by foot. Everything was very clean and modern.
The location was very good, about a ten minute stroll to perhaps everywhere you wished to be. The staff I met were very friendly even though I was travelling alone and NOT surfing :-). I had 2 restaurants recommended to me, ESCONDIDINHO (typically Portuguese) and FERMENTO (Italian biased but using local Portuguese products) quite randomly I chose FERMENTO and it was excellent, so I've absolutely no doubt that the other one will be as well ... Sagres was not at all what I was expecting but after 2 short days I really enjoyed the pace of life and the place itself....

Cons -

Waking up each time someone uses the shared bathroom because the door is noisy and right next to the bedroom. Bring earplugs ;)
I felt the towels could have been far better and maybe the Kitchen a little more 'giving' I have a passion for black tea that was not readily available. But I really am just nit picking, I would have no hesitation staying there again... A big thank you to the woman from Italy, she smiled a lot...
