Nice game room for kids

Breakfast is served until 09:30 which is really early. Staff is not nice at all, the manager shouted at me. Checkout is at 10, never had such an experience. The room is tiny. TV is a 19 inch computer screen…. There is no electric outlet near the bed. The curtain covers the heating so if you close the curtain you are too cold. The whole hotel is old and the smell in the room is awful

The breakfast was good, various kinds of pastries, vegetables, fruits. Halls in the hotel were stylish and fancy.

The coffee at the breakfast was horrible, which upset me to be honest. We had a room with 4 beds for some reason, although there were just two of us. We arrived quite late, so the sauna has already closed or haven’t been working at all.

The property is located in very convenient spot, pretty close to ski slopes, Mumlava waterfalls and still easily walkable distance of Harrachov.

The view from our window was very nice.We could go cross-country skiing without driving.We enjoyed playing table tennis for free every day and sauna was nice too.There was a variety of food and meals served for breakfast and dinner. I only missed butter and better coffee. We liked New Year's Eve party.

The pillows were small and shapeless and there was a shelf low above the bed so we hit it a few times.

Location for a walking trips. But it is hard to get a food there in the evening.

No food after 19:30. Understaffed - long waiting time son the bar.

Myself and my family love it here. I think I have been there 6 times now, going again with extended family in August 2023. Great value for money. Plenty for the children to do. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Simple food, but in the main tasty, and plenty of choice, Beer, wine, and soft drinks in the price of dinner a great deal. Fantastic location. Friendly, familiar staff.

Unannounced increase in the price for dogs, from 150 to 290 koruna a night.

Arcade games, average breakfast and dinner. The staff was fine. We enjoyed this stay but will choose something else next time.

couldn’t use the balcony

The location, very close to the lift, unfortunately, the one was closed so we had to take a taxi or go by car. Check the accessibility of the lift Ryzowiste (or sth like that) before you book. The bar and the pool table were a lot of fun. Breakfast had a bit too few options but still was good. All in all with a few minor exceptions the hotel is really good, and the stay was amazing for the price we were lucky to get

The cracklings of the paint, and that a double bed was in fact two beds brought closer together with a crack in the middle which sometimes was a bit uncomfortable

We loved the views, the location, sauna and amazing breakfasts.

staff were friendly and let us keep our bags there before we could check in whilst we went skiing. bedrooms were clean and had lovely view from the balcony. not loud , family friendly, generous breakfasts.

it was a good location for the ski lift but not for the town of harrachov and also the hill was hard to climb in ski boots (can’t do much about that though!) maybe salt the ice on the hill

Great location close to the lifts and tracks. Comfortable parking. Nice kids playroom and activity room. Got larger room, which we appreciated.

Staid in the not yet renovated part of the hotel. Rather basic room, eg no shower gel provided. The staff was in general helpful yet not really engaging.

Excellent blueberry cake at breakfast otherwise breakfast ok. Reception and bar staff friendly. Games facilities good. Kids” corner good.

I suppose ok value for the money, good location.

Small refurbishment and proper clean up of the place could go a long way.
