- Awesome Spa and Breakfast
Cons -
- All went fine until when I asked whether I could have a quick salad at the lunch buffet before leaving the hotel at 1:00pm. I was told that I needed to pay 55 euros as I had already checked out. For a 5 euro (at most) salad. Rather unexpected from a 5 star hotel where I stayed one week in a suite. I wont even comment on how much I spend on the spa, gym, tips, etc. This is reason my rating went from 10 to 8. You could expect this type of attitude in a 3 or 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars.
- sometimes it is hard to communicate if you don't know German, but most of the time someone else who knows English will come help you.
- The Sauna guy was a little bit to extreme.....
