The hotel is perfectly integrated into the natural environment.A combination of comfort, natural surroundings, peace and relaxation.The hotel staff is professional and friendly, especially the reception staff - extremely dedicated and always smiling and ready to meet the guest.The rooms are comfortable, with a beautiful view, the food is diverse and delicious. The excellent spa area, outdoor and indoor pools provide a superb experience.All praise, especially for the employees of this excellent hotel.

The staff and the food was very good. Exceptionally friendly and in a good mood. The food was very delicious, home cooked meal vibes.

The room as it was, was pretty used up and the furniture damaged. The matres was used up and I really slept bad, my back hurt.

Our stay was incredibly disappointing.

We had booked a hotel for 15 days, but upon our arrival at night, we encountered issues during the check-in process. Initially, they were unable to locate our booking, despite us providing the PDF containing all the necessary information. Subsequently, they proposed relocating us to another hotel - Sava. We had previously visited Sava a few years ago and did not have a positive experience. Insisting on being checked into the hotel we originally booked, we faced resistance. The staff contended that Zagreb and Sava were the same hotel, yet we never received accommodation in the one we had initially chosen. This led to a delay of over 2 hours before we were finally checked in. We were repeatedly shuttled back and forth, and eventually assigned an unsuitable room. This was confirmed by the manager the following morning, who explicitly stated that the room was unfit for use. We were compelled to hastily book another hotel and relocate the next morning.Furthermore, they appeared hesitant to modify our reservation from 15 days to just 1 day, offering reasons of "best intentions" and the "best room for us." This was in spite of us informing the manager the previous evening about our intention to switch hotels due to the circumstances. Consequently, we found ourselves paying the full nightly rate for a completely uninhabitable room, culminating in a regrettable commencement to our vacation.

Nested in a nice piece of Slovenian Nature. Decent food for both Dinner and Breakfast. Very Nice Spa facilities with a choice of pools and saunas. Great Parking as well. Clean and big albeit a bit dark, rooms.

Entering the Hotel you have the feeling you're going back to the 20th Century in a mix of Japan Hotel from the 60/70s and Hotel for the Local Apparatchiks, so pretty much as if late Tito was still alive.And not only does it look like that but the lack of flexibility enhances that feeling. Dinner time was 6 to 8pm. At 8:00 I ordered a beer and was told the Restaurant was already closed!
