Superb location - close to the clinic s as well as to mineral waters

The beds were not very comfortable. Mattresses felt like they need to be replaced as they had a deep indentation in the middle

We were amazed by this place. Felt like traveling back in time. Delicious food, they even have gluten free desserts and plant based milk. Generous and very nice staff. The whole town feels so enchanted and magical.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of light. Staff was very friendly.

It was our second time we chose to stay in this amazing place. Location, service, personal, well balanced food menu - everything is in harmony in this place. Also it’s next to the medical center where the ‘Donat’ water source is located, which is very convenient as well.

Spacious room, beautiful area, great food.

I had an absolutely fantastic family stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, especially being so close to the medical center. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, even though the selection could have been a bit broader. The staff, particularly the F&B Team, was outstanding, displaying a highly service-oriented and incredibly positive attitude.

The location, the nature.

The same breakfast every morning, without any change. For a short period it can be ok, but if you stay longer, something different is required. The staff did not react in any way to the multiple requests to change things, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be among the best in the town.Problems that are not directly related to the hotel:- spring waters are for payment (a fact about which we were not informed)- the lack of public transport (bus, train) on weekends and holidays, which makes it impossible to travel to other locations.

Spacious, clean, quiet, and even when it's really crowded, it doesn't feel that way because everything is perfectly organized. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The café bar where vinyl records are played, based on the guests' preferences, is a very pleasant surprise. The food is tasty, and the variety of food choices is excellent. We will definitely come back again! Sending a big shoutout to Rajko!

Spa center. Not crowded. Clean.

Room cleanliness was at a good level, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet location near a big medical center and Donat mineral water spring. This mineral water is not free. The hotel spa center has several spa treatments and saunas and a small pool. Good varied meals.

The swimming pool was small. Prices for spa procedures are quite high. Kettle is not available in all rooms. There are not so many attractions in this place. SPA center is open only till 19.00 (on Saturday till 21.00)

The staff is the main value of this hotel!!!!? Everyone is attentive, smiling, tactful. I stayed in a comfort room. It has everything you need, very clean and cozy. I felt at home in this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will definitely come back again.???

We have been in this hotel for more than five times. This time, we both had a severe digestion issue after breakfast. A waitress with short blond hair was very rude, telling me Спасибо repeatedly. She jumped in front of me with a wagon with used dishes. Zero smile and lacks professionality. We found a long hair on the bed. Not sure if come back again.

Jacuzzi and svimming pool are very primitive.

You stay like in palace which is architecture masterpiece. But same time everything is modern and in good condition, very clean. Room is big enough. Extremely friendly personal everywhere. Good breakfast/dinner. Walking distance (3 mins) to medical center/water drinking area. Would definitely come back there.

No complains at all except…there is no technical possibility to leave tips to nice personal if pay by card or via room number. Think the hotel management should consider that/arrange the proper mechanism.

Everything was great ?

The hotel is a very nice old building, beautiful architecture. The room was large, clean, comfortable and with a nice view of the hotel garden. We had HB - breakfast and dinner. A lot of choices.

Few things, but overall staying was good.

Stuff is super polite, food is great!

Our room wasn’t vacuumed before, the floor was full of dog hair.
