    • Rooms are spacious
    • I loved this hotel everything went extremely well, the staff, the rooms very spacious, the hotel have a beautiful garden with an spa, the parking is very ample plenty space for you to park, i love everything on this hotel i will for sure come back.
    • It was a pleasure and leisure stay for the 3 of us, the garden is the highlight of the place, we had good sleep, nice big rooms, I've tried the Spa and had to say it was good, nice breakfast but expensive (€30/person) we ended up having only the first morning. We will definitely go back when our daughter is bigger so we can all enjoy the Spa

    Cons -

    • Outdated rooms with dirty carpets. No coffee maker or teakettle in a room. Swimming pool with leafs ¿¿ and bugs even stuff is sitting outside the pool but not cleaning it by some reason.
    • nothing i love everything about
    • The place can have some renovation , still we understand that a big garden and a lot of areas require big funds. This is not a major thing to avoid the hotel, I've read about the renovation needs in the reviews and almost put me off;still I've been recommended this place and we don't regret staying there.

Fairly big double room Nice to walk in the park

Hotel somewhat worn out - but we had waited 5 days and got a good price.

Level of service from staff. Quality of food. Ambience.

    Stay was too brief.

    The hotel room was good

I was very disappointed on my arrival to be told the thermal spa was closed for renovation, I had booked 2 nights just so I could use it but I couldn't....this was not good at all. I had a spa instead which was more expensive, the jacuzzi didn't work half the time . I ordered bravis in the eve, but got served very greasy chips instead, I left early ....it's sad as I so needed to relax in a nice place

The spacious room with south facing balcony.Large bed, fridge, bath.Beautiful gardens. Opportunities for massages.Dog friendly.

Optional evening meal not very good value and limited choice.

    Nice gardens behind hotel.

The hotel is in need of an update and refurbishment. Carpets are faded and stained. Lights were out on the main stairway, and not fixed a day after we reported it to staff who should have already been aware of it. The breakfast was greatly overpriced compared to similar buffets we have had at other hotels in Spain. The meal we had at the restaurant was just OK although the staff were excellent and very friendly.

    Good

My critics are based on food:1)Food at the restaurant was not good at all. Buffet style with many options but with a pretty poor quality and really expensive compared with quality.A service that has to better to keep high the standard of the hotel.2) Closing hours of both bar and restaurant ( but also room service for food) do not match with the closing hours of the SPA.

Good size clean rooms, ample parking and nice grounds. The hotel is a great base for visiting different parts of Costa Dorada.

    Nice hotel, nice room,good location.

Spanish family next door kept us awake until 3 in the morning,I knocked the door and asked them to be quiet ,they still went on for another 1/2 hour, jumping on beds and banging walls ,adults as well as a kid very ignorant and rude.need security to walk the corridor now and again,it wasn't cheap either ,I did complain to reception but they just said sorry..Some people have no consideration for others.

The garden and the outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and I was glad that they had a couple of gluten free options as well

I think the room should get an update. The AC made some noise. The mini bar wasn't cold. There were no free sockets to plug in my phone & laptop. I had to unplug the bedlamp as a temporary fix. Better sound proofing would have been nice as well

    Los exteriores del hotel.

The hotel facilities are outdated, especially the rooms, showers and the outside pool.Prices of the restaurant are a little too high for you get.

    9GaryPosted on: 8-17-2024

    Setting and staff were great

Buffett was €40per person whuch was expensive. We paid it though as we thought it would be good.Food was ok nkt great varity but worse thing it was not hot at best Warm some was cold.I would definarely go back but pop out into town for food next time.I will recommend the hotel.

The grounds are incredibly beautiful. Views of the Spanish hills and the property itself feels like you’re staying in someone’s villa- beautiful gardens a pond, and a lovely pool. Just a fantastic setting and great place to get away from the tourist craziness of the coastal areas.Unfortunately what others have said about the interior is also true- there is a beautiful lobby/atrium that looks fairly modern. The lobby connects the two older buildings, which is where all the rooms are. The decor in the buildings is extremely dated and smells of stale cigarette smoke (seriously Spain- get rid of the f“&&)g smoke!). That would all have been fine except for one major issue - the “air conditioning” is atrocious. We had two rooms and they were both very warm (visited in early August). My kids slept fine in their (very warm) room but I found it difficult to sleep in mine. That said, if you don’t mind warmer temperatures and/or visit in slightly cooler months that might not be an issue. Overall I’d say the setting, the beauty of the exterior, and the surrounding town makes this place well worth a visit, but it’s a shame the owners don’t invest some money on the interior (especially the air conditioning). Tip- there are some amazing restaurants in town, which is less than 5 minute walk from the hotel (you have to go through the lobby of the spa, which is behind the hotel, and then you’re right in town). Restaurant Candia has the best pasta al mar I’ve ever had (called Pappardella al mar on the menu) plus fantastic pizza that is very similar to what you’d find in Italy). There a piazza with a coffee shop too.

Hotel and its facilities good badly let down by the restaurant.

Food was disappointing, the service in the bar for a coffee afterwards was poor we needed to go to the bar to order a coffee.

Location of the Hotel is good. Place is quiet and calm. Territory of hotel also is good + restaurant is nice.

Rooms are old , Air Conditioner not working properly.
