Very pleasant stay. Staff made sure to make us comfortable, everyone was really professional and nice. SPA area had everything you need to relax and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from.

Spa is overcrowded if you come before 19h. Rooms can be bigger.

Nice hotel, in the city center! Small but clean pool, sauna and steam room are also small but nice and clean.Food was amazing!

I liked everything but my son didn't like the rule that kids younger than 12 years can stay at the pool only until 6pm (He is 11 and half)

Spa wasn't available first day of our staying. It was overcrowded due to the rules to release people on the side not only hotel users. It looked more like aqua park for children and less like relax zone.

The hotel has great lication, food is delicious, staff is friendly and helpful. We also got upgraded to an appartment. It has a great playroom for kids and the stuff working with kids is wonderful.

4 out of 5 fire extinguishers in the coridors were checked as not working.oi

Perfect location, excellent facilities for a young family. The children playroom was a huge hit with my 4 year old Boy.

The water in the pool was not warm and did not match the declared temperatures. Also, the water in the jacuzzi was very cold, and one of the three saunas was not working.

Room was smelling nasty and was dusty. I think they have problems with sinks because smell in the bathroom was terrible. Spa and wellness were crowded with kids up to 10 years old and we could not spend more then 5 minutes there. It was like kindergarten in spa.Shower in the room was broken and there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Blankets were teared and with stains. Floor should also be more clean. The hotel smelled on cigarettes.Breakfast was rich but food were full of grease and everything was poorly prepared and not delicious.It's a pity, we stayed in this hotel 6 months ago and everything was different, spa was relaxing, breakfast was great, perfect place to have a night off the road, that's why we came again. But this would be our last time here.

The room location, the pillows, the shower cabin was small and not very clean, and there were no lights on the table so people can work.

The air conditioner worked very poorly, there was only one working socket in the whole room, the shower was dirty and the water pressure was poor. the staff was not very friendly, especially in the spa, and they don't speak English well

The location was perfect, near to the center. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The cleaning lady didn’t change outlr sheets even though they were dirty from sweets my daughter ate. We places the sign to clean our room but she didn’t. We also had to wait for the towels to be dried so we came from the pool and couldn’t get shower as there were no clean towels for about 2 hours.

The hotel has great location near the city square. The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff members were friendly and polite.We booked a comfort room, but got a free upgrade to a superior room.

The food was good and the staff were all nice.

They even charged us for a bottle of still water at arrival, parking is also charged and overall it is too expensive for the service they provide.

Absolutely exceptional! We celebrated our honeymoon in Mona, staff went above and beyond to surprise us and decorate our room! Thank you so so much !
