On the first day of our stay, the hotel experienced several power outages. While we were using the spa, the electricity was cut off, the water became cold, and the elevators stopped working. In addition, in our room, it was not possible to use the shower properly, and at times the toilet was also not functioning correctly.On the second day, the same problem occurred again. At a time when my children were alone in the kids’ playroom, the electricity went out and, unfortunately, no staff members were present there. At the same time, I was taking a shower, and when the power was cut, I became extremely worried and went to look for my children. I found them crying and severely frightened. This incident caused significant emotional distress to my children.On the last day of our stay, in the morning when we were heading to the spa, the electricity was cut off once again. We were inside the elevator when it suddenly stopped and the environment became completely dark. This situation caused extreme fear, and my children started crying intensely

First we received a bedroom that smelled like cigarettes and we had to complain and request a new one.The second room had a problem with the toilet tank during the night an it took them quite some calls to the reception to send somebody after telling them we could not sleep like this.The spa was nice but too cold…

Excellent value for your money. Tranquile atmosphere, loads to do in and near the hotel, the kindest staff I have ever met! Will return for sure!

The pool water is only lukwarm, it should be hot. At breakfast, they constantly running out of items as the capacity of the breakfast room is far larger than the size of the table they have the food on.

The room and the view were superb. The breakfast was incredible with various options.The staff was very attentive and polite.All the amenities and equipment were great.

The price for solo travelers isn’t the best.

The people who work here are the best, super helpful with our small baby. The breakfast is delicious, amazing sourdough bread! Sauna is good and hot w epic view.

Only the fact that the WiFi did not work well. My wife had to do some online work and it took extra long due to the poor WiFi connection the hotel provided. I recommend having multiple routers on each floor.

Paid a romantic massage for 2 people, and only 1 person to massage both ate the same time. Don’t recommend, if you’d like a massage schedule two individually rather than simultaneously. Breakfast buffet was short on fast restock. On both days I always ate my eggs and pancakes already cold and no restock while I was eating

The location, food and staff.

The spa area needs some maintenance, speciffically the dry sauna which had some broken wood and the turkish bath wasn't always on. The spa area didn't have personell at the reception and it wasn't supervised which meant it got loud at times.

Quiet place with a great restaurant.

Outdoor pool is very cold but we knew it wasn't heated. The pool bar was not available and it was summer (first week of September). Not an issue but could be improved.

Since we arrived we wore told that we had been given a room upgrade, when we arrived at the room we had no robe neither slippers, so we went to the lobby and asked for one, we wore told that there wore none available and that we had to pay for slippers if we want one, also the hairdryer was limited by time so we had to wait 5-10 minutes so we could keep drying our hair, also you have to schedule if you want to go to the SPA which is always full. For all that and some staff been rude, I can not recommend this hotel. Not worth my money.

Good breakfast. Good to have SPA by slots that avoids it being overcrowded. Very cool outdoor space.

WIFI in the rooms was not good and unstable. Rooms were ok but not 100% clean. Spots on the carpet.

Location within pine trees in serene environment. Modern architecture. Nice spa area. Amazing caring staff. They went far and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay with 2 kids

A bit remote location. Outdoor kids pool wasn’t cleaned properly.At peak hours hotel was a bit understaffed

This was our second stay here and we loved the hotel and its location in the middle of the nature! You have an inside and an outside pool and a sauna which are really great to relax! Rooms are very ncie and comofrtable and the staff was very kind, we had to leave one night earlier than expected and they gave us a voucher for that night to use in future! Breakfast was amazing!

being a 4 stars hotels, I think they should have a bit more maintance: the towels' support in the bathroom wa broken and we only had one toilet paper in the room for 2 days. Room could have a been abit cleaner too. In the restaurant, we asked for a some chicken and rice for one 1 year old and we were charged 20 euros for that as it was a kids menu (we didn't asked for a menu and he didn't eat anything else..)
