- That there was no warning that there would be a function. The hotel bar, etc.. was very busy, couldn't get an evening meal. Children were running around making load noise until late into the evening. I had asked for a double bed, was given twins in a room next to the lift. Breakfast was very poor.
- Surly reception experience, unloved accommodation, not particularly clean. The shower didn’t work and even though we told them in the evening, there was no offer of a remedy to this, although we accept our understanding of Spanish is limited. When we raised the same issue on checkout the more helpful lady was under the impression we had declined to change rooms, this was not our experience. Just a sad place, that has seen better days. Wouldn’t rush back…

Very nice welcome from Jorge at reception. Off-road parking. Comfortable room. Very good bar/restaurant. Good breakfast.
Lot of long black hairs on lavatory floor when we arrived - which were still there when we left! Lack of lavatory brush. Very hard pillows.
