Pros +
- Not a place I would recommend especially if you are traveling with family.
- Good cuisine, good breakfast. Nice dining room. Secure garage for bicycles.
- Great location, very friendly staff.
Cons -
- Room was not as pictured on the web. It was very small and somewhat unclean. After seeing the room, we immediately went downstairs and complained to the manager and asked for a refund, but was told us we were out of luck. He said we could leave if we wanted, but no refund or rate reduction would be granted. We were also told it was 3/4 of a mile from Zell but actually it was about 8 miles. In short, not a pleasant experience at all. We sleep in our clothes that night and left first thing the next morning. I would not recommend Hotel zur Post in Burg.
- Carpet in first room (7) did not appeared freshly vacuumed. We understand that there is a shortage of staff.
- There was no toiletries in the bathroom.

Quite place during nights
WiFi was bad and it was not really cosy to drink something in the evenings
lots of character with Anne’s own bright colourful artworks and interesting furnishings and decorative touches adding to this enjoyable stay. breakfasts were delicious with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers on the table. the wine tasting provided by Heinz was interesting and partly in English for our benefit.
Nice location in a quiet town. Amazing owners, offering good mood and wine tasting. Art gallery inside the hotel! Room with a terrace.
Everything was fine.
Very friendly welcome by the owners who treated us to a visit to their wine cellars and entertained with some excellent Flamenco guitar playing.
would have loved some aircon as it was very hot during our stay.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Owners speak english. The wine probe was lots of fun and the wines were wonderful.
Pleasant
Small room, very small bathroom, old fashioned. Way too expensive. I paid 130€, should have been 70€, no more
Was at Moselle for the weekend at a Gallery + wine tasting + cellar + bread and breakfast hotel all at one place in Moselle … good deal and a great place to beMissing kitchen and microwave… otherwise excellent
