Cons -
- THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS AND I COULD NOT GET THE RTOOM I BOOKED. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IN FACT I RECEIVED EMAILS CONFIRMING THE HOTEL WAS WAITING FOR MY ARRIVAL BUT RESTAURANT WAS NOT AVAILABLE ON WED AND THU. I WILL NOT USE BOOKING ANY LONGER BECAUSE I DID NOT GET THE CORRECT INFORMATION AHEAD WHEN I FIRST MADE MY RESERVATION. I WAS FORCED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL FAR AWAY AND VERY UNCONVENIENT.VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.COM
- Was not able to give a fair review of the hotel as it was closed on the day I had booked in
