Very friendly and understanding staff, helped me with the reservation mistake I've made, which I am truly grateful for! The hotel is nice, they have an amazing breakfast and the rooms are modern and new. 10 minutes drive from Suntago water park, which is also an advantage. Loved my stay here, would definitely stay here again.

The ambient smell of the hotel was a little strong, but I am sensitive to smells, so others may not notice it.

I would appreciate a fitness room. I also visited a wellness area but the sauna was switched off. I did not expect that I need to make a reservation first. BTW, the wellness rules in the app were not in English.

Food was excellent. Breakfast surpassed expectations. Modern comfortable room. Quiet.

Toiletries a bit sparse and the shower could do with de scaling as it squirted all directions. Minor issues though.

The man at reception did not speak any other language besides Polish (when we nicely asked if he spoke English he rudely remarked “no English, Polski” and was very mean about the fact that we couldn’t understand him and refused to help, all he did was speak louder and angrier with every sentence. If a guy going home after his shift hadn’t stopped to translate and help us, I don’t know how we would have managed to communicate. The people working in the morning were very nice though.The shower was incredibly confusing, and not very clean.

There was garbage left in our room which we took to reception - nobody cared to appologise. Also found some hair in bathroom and on bed.

Spacious rooms, big bed, nice staff, good isolation - no noise from the highway.

Great hotel to stay for one night as it is situated right on the highway. No noise in the room. Breakfast is exceptional as they had a great selection and my favourite - potato pancakes. There is a good chance we stay here again while travelling via Poland.

Great location between waterpark and Warsaw centre.Really good breakfast...eg real scrambled eggs, Polish style pancakes, good coffee.Nice modern look.Efficient staff.

The breakfast was good.

We reserved an extra bed of a normal size, not for a baby. We received confirmation of this, but upon check-in there was a baby cot. "We do not have extra beds of a normal size." Communication was problematic due to the poor knowledge of English of the receptionist. The room had a terribly squeaky toilet door with a broken handle, traces of snot from previous guests in the sink, a wobbly toilet seat, a shower that is not height-adjustable, and an English-style faucet with separate cold and hot water controls that illogically turn in different directions. And a torn sheet on the bed. Horrible. How can a hotel not be ashamed to receive guests in tired, unkempt rooms?

Quality of the food. world-class quality of the food in the restaurant. Tasty and well presented ?Free parking. Nice view and surrounding from a garden side( however is not silent area due to closed roads from both sides of the hotel). Close to Warsaw. Water, tea and coffee at the room.

Low acoustic isolation between rooms and corridors, noisy temperature adjustment equipment- I had to switch off to reduce noise. The only an overhead shower in the bathroom (if you don't want to wash your hair, you have to use a plastic cap on your head, large water losses due that type of shower solution.

The hotel itself is ok, the spa area is good and they offer a decent breakfast, BUT the customer service is awful. We forget a few of our child's items (high value) in our room and reached out to the hotel to retrieve them, the hotel staff has been very rude - not answering emails, pretending to not speak English on the phone when we called, ignoring Booking.com messages. They eventually got back to us, after we messaged them multiple times and told us that they didn't find our items. We're very disappointed in how this matter has been dealt with and do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, great breakfast! We liked our stay!

Staff was very "cold" nobody smiled, during breakfast nobody even told Hello! This is weird... Everything was great but staff should try be more friendly, helpfull. Nobody smiled (smile didnt kill anybody yet:-))

The breakfast buffet was very good, spa facilities very clean and perfect place to relax. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The bed was big, which was nice but unfortunately pillows and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Spacious room with modern industrial style interior. Good restaurant. Close to Suntago water park. Great for conferencing. Free parking, as advertised.

Kept the windows shut during the night because of the highway noise, however, the room had recuperation with air conditioning.

We have booked room for 4 people. We got strangely nice room (238) that had jacuzzi in master bedroom :D kids loved it.Near water park.Restaurant was 10/10 (waiter was 11/10)

Jacuzzi was buzzing every 2 hours during night (could be our fault).
