very pleasant accommodation with a great atmosphere, which is taken care of by the owner's family. Very helpful and friendly people who are happy to chat with you. I want to express my regret at the closure of the restaurant, which was exceptionally open during our stay. All the meals served were fantastic and we enjoyed them very much. It is a small hotel at a reasonable price, to which you will be happy to return.

It's a real shame that the restaurant is closed.

Breakfast was delicious and rich, the staff was kind, everything was clean. We arrived late, but they helped us with the check in. We could park the car right next to the entrance, that was also a big help.

It was a really good value for the money, so we liked everything.

Convenient location for using 3 ski resorts for travelers who come with the car.Parking is cool. There is a nice simple breakfast included. The room is very comfortable and clean.

There was only one 220V AC plug in my room, not so close to the bad, so it is not convenient for the phone to charge it when laying in the bed.

Both the staff and the accommodation were fantastic. Food was very good also, absolutely recommended to try. Would definitely come back again!

A trash bin would be nice in the room (normal size). Cleaning service was a bit unpredictable.

Great family run hotel. The owner was very nice. Very clean, with comfortable beds and excellent breakfast! Maximum 10 minutes drive to the Bad Kleinkirchheim. For vikend one night stay was for us an excellent choice.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel in a nice village not far from Bad Kleinkirchheim. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast is good. I can fully recommend it.

No dedicated storage for ski and for the ski boots, but the owner solves this by storing the boots on the stairs going down to the basement.

Very clean, warm and kind owners, great location (3 minute walk to two different bus stops), comfortable room and very good breakfast.We also had dinner one night at the restaurant which is also recommended. The hotel itself is beautiful with old wooden furniture and paintings. It's a fantastic hotel and it is much more affordable than staying in Bad Kleinkirchheim. To get to BK, it's a short bus or car drive away.

Just minor things: a kettle in the room would have been appreciated. The WiFi in the room seemed a bit weak. Obviously, the hotel is not in BK so you must rely on a bus to get around (and the bus is not so regular so you need to be careful with your planning). If you arrive by car, there should be no issue.

Stayed for one night, everything was great. A really nice and clean place in a great location and nice people.

There was no elevator, and was a little bit difficult for us (as an old couple) to get to the third floor. But we got fit :)

1. The half board dinner was incredible. Would stay here again for just the meal.2. Our host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about hikes in the area. 3. Though it was Ruhtag, the staff was available and helpful.4. Great transportation options here.

This is a convenient location and a reasonable price for skiing in Bad Kleinkircheim and St. Oswald. A short drive from the ski resorts, excellent for a weekend stay. The breakfast was very good.

Since I have health problems and take pills in the morning at least an hour before meals, I wanted to take a sandwich from the canteen to the trail so as not to waste time in the hotel unnecessarily (after all, we came for skiing, not for the hotel and food...). On my way out of the canteen, the chef (who is also the hotel manager) stopped me and attacked me (really attacked me) that I had to pay for that sandwich because food is not allowed to be taken out of the canteen. Shocked by his rude tone, I tell him 'okay, then I'll eat the sandwich right away'. The man continued to shout at me the most violently so that in the end my boyfriend intervened and told him to refuse... Terrible experience!

There was no possibility to indicate that we don’t want daily cleaning in our room (such as a door hanger or anything that is usually offered in other hotels) and the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking on the door. We were getting dressed with my boyfriend at the time and the whole situation was really uncomfortable.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was very new and modern, so that was a great surprise, as the pictures online seemed to be from an older apartment. It was very clean and every day you would notice some small touch ups from the staff like new towels, making the bed, cleaning and providing new garbage bags. The apartment can use a bit more cosiness, like the breakfast room, but it still looked very nice. Breakfast was also great. There were a lot of choices on the buffet and the staff is very kind. The first night we also had dinner at the hotel, which was very good too and also not too expensive. The location of the hotel is perfect and it's great that they have a lot of parking space.

The only downside is that the bedroom got a bit warm at night. We tried opening the windows, but then it was too noisy in the morning and we would wake up early. But other than that we had no issues at all.

Rather simple room, but the spacious one. Very good breakfast. Staff was very helpfull (we've obtained dinner after hours of closure the restaurant in the hotel!!!). Good option for the one-night-stay and i think for a longer holiday as well. Near to Badkleinkirchheim.
