Hotel Radin, Radenci Spa Resort - Sava Hotels & Resorts

We stayed only overnight because we were attending an event in Radenci. Basically, we only needed a place to sleep to avoid driving at night. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really good. We'll be back for some spa weekend for sure.

Radenci spa is nice place with good and profesional people.Acomodatio is ok, room can be a lizle bager but xou come to spa to have fun not stay in the room.Spa area is nice with pool gor swiming. Saunas is clean and quite and you can find peace and relax.Food is predato good, and you can drink mineral wather directly frim the spring.9/10 is corect I think like the price corect for all services.

The hotels architecture clearly dates from the 70s, but is been very well maintained; everything is clean and functional.Great pools, especially the indoor/outdoor pool.Friendly and polite staff who are always ready to help.Rooms are decent, nothing spectacular, but very clean and have everything you need.Buffet had a good selection for both dinner and breakfast, offering a nice variety of tasty options.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, which was the only downside of the stay.

The room is very small. The bed is only 140x190cm too small for 2 grown-ups.there were a lot of beetle bugs in the room (at least 30). and they stink if you touch them.that's why we packed our stuff at 22pm and drove back home.unacceptable

Memories of good old times. Otherwise disappointed.

An extra bed pulled out of sofa was poor. Property looks is not maintained, since built. Room smelled of smoking, cleaning lady offered to cover the smell with scened spray. Worm ventilation air was not possible to turn off. Couldn’t sleep. We were promised it would be fixed, but following night was the same.

We love coming back to Radenci. It is an excellent service, friendly and professional. The food offerings in breakfast and dinner buffet is superb, fresh, and local. We love healthy choices. The spa and its wellness offerings are super.

Pools are clean and warm, overall it was quite clean in hotel. When we had issues with our room, we were immediately placed in another one. Parking was free, there also is a park outside, where one can walk. Hotel is located in quiet and nice place.

Rooms are not sound insulated, hotel is quite old and rooms are the same. We had very bad smell, like smth was burning and we were relocated to another room.Food is mediocre, especially sweet table. Drinks are to be paid for, and prices are quite high, around 4 EUR for 0,5 beer.When it was blizzard outside, pool guards had done nothing and there was a lot of people swimming in external pool with risk to be hit by lightning.

Crazy overpriced rundown hotel.

We were impressed from the first moment we arrived at the hotel. Very nice staff, receptionists, hotel staff, everyone we met was smiling and ready to help. The room was clean, enough for two person. For breakfast and dinner you have a huge variety of food to choose from. We would love to come back!

Seems the hotel specialises in elderly people. We did not expect that kind of resident. We don't mind, but young people will not find much entertainment. Shops in hotel close at noon. There is not much to do except swimming

The staff is very nice and friendly. They were happy to assist us with any inquiries. Also loved to drink the water directly from the tap!

The thermal springs & the food were excellent

No information in the rooms to explain about the thermal spa itself - what was required, were pool towels included, no price lists or explanation about the massages, pedicures, etc

Saunas were amazing.

Constant struggles with cards, we had to go to the reception to get our cards fixed in the end we just didnt want to bother anymore. When they let us in the room, we couldnt open it and the cleaning lady saw us standing there and let us in. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. I had to go downstairs for the slippers. The stay was not worth the price. We paid 150€ for 2 people, it would be worth for 100. Stayed in better 4 stars hotel.

Perfect breakfasts and dinners. Food was awesome! We also loved pools!

We traveled with or 3 years old son and we had to pay for him but we didnt get third bed or extra pillow and blanket. Our stay was for 2 nights and our room never been cleaned. We had wet towels and bathrobes and didnt get new ones till we didnt asked on reception for them (which was at evening before our departure).
