Restaurant expensive for what it was.

I loved the restaurant, the food and the parking. Nicely decorated room. The location was perfect for sightseeing with car in the area.

Paper thin walls. Earplugs are definitely needed if the neighbours decide to watch TV all night.

It is a secluded hotel in a small village that has everything you may need - cafes, shops, petrol station, train station, etc. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, there are plenty of parking spots and the food was amazing! We didn't know they had a Michelin star restaurant! Definitely will recommend.

Stylish, high quality hotel accommodation. Rooms were beautifully clean, well presented with very comfy beds and a great walk in shower. Air con good too. We booked online - check in was quick and efficient. Restaurant below looked really impressive too. Parking was within the grounds of the hotel, very easily accessed to the side of the hotel - our car had roof box and surfboards on top and easily fit under the covered area.

The hotel has a very good restaurant, and the staff communicates well in English. There is also a large parking area available.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but still well-maintained and clean.

Loved the hotel overall. Friendly greeting, nice and quiet, rooms and super clean and very comfortable.Maybe it is a little far from Lugo if you are a tourist but it's super chill and quiet....depends on what you are after. They have an excellent grill which is very popular with the locals and a nice restaurant and nice breakfast.

There isn't a lot else in the town.

The bed was comfortable

The hotel was good until the other guests made noise. I stayed on the first floor, and if the people remained after the scheduled time at the bar, you could hear them. The biggest issue that I faced was with the same noise guests who woke me up at 4:30 AM by hitting the door next to me and continued to make noise for 1 hour and nobody from the hotel came to stop this. I cannot sleep anymore and I have a difficult day after this. I had chosen this hotel to have a good rest but looks I have an unlucky night.

Item left in room was forwarded to us, much appreciated.. The restaurant was of high quality. A good stopping point after leaving Bilbao en route into Galicia

Best designed hotel of our road trip through Spain and Portugal - most modern and up to date for technology usage. Staff were very friendly and coped well with my pigeon Spanish despite their own limited English! The room was clean and comfortable excellent value for money - We'd love to go back for their fiesta week in August - but sadly can't due to work!! I was particularly drawn to the tortoises :)

Sadly, this hotel is in an area of Spain that doesn't seem to attract many visitors - despite it's great facilities. I hope that in future it will grow in popularity - as it is a model that reflects most positively on Spanish hospitality.

Modern hotel with a good-sized car park.

Evening meals were very basic with a definite feel that they'd come out of a packet. The rooms were on the first floor above a mezzanine used as a meeting lounge adjacent to a function room. All speech from this area and even the noise from the ground floor coffee machine reached up the stairwell and into the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a smashed master electric power switch. The type you insert your plastic key into to activate power. Not exactly the thing you expect housekeeping to miss. The room was changed, but when something this basic is missed...

Really nice building with lovely rooms. Very clean. Fast wifi. Great shower. Coffee machine in room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff offering great service. Good food at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. The cafeteria food was very good and well priced. Drinks at the bar were also well priced. Cafeteria is not open from Thursday evening over the weekend so had to eat in the restaurant on Thursday evening. The food was very good as was the wine and the service excellent. Price was quite high for starters and mains compared to the cafeteria price and the cost of the bedrooms. However, most of the menu could be shared plates and a 3 course meal individually would have been too much to eat for me. Nevertheless, it was good and as a one off cost I would probably do it again!

Apart from the cafeteria not available at weekend, absolutely nothing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it makes a good base to travel in different directions each day for tourists.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Tried their best to speak english as our spanish is very limited. Will definitely be back
