- The air conditioning unit was not effective at all and there was no bar fridge. I did ask and the staff was very helpful in locating an ice brick to put our cold goods into a bucket but we were lucky it was not hot weather.

I would have liked a bottle of water to have been left by the kettle and coffee and tea. Now the weather is warmer it would have been nice to refresh with a cup of water
They did give us free breakfast for à few days to make up for all thé things that hapened to us.
We arrived quite late to find out that there were not any towels. Very little toilet paper, and during our stay thé water was cut off without being told, which for à hôtel is inacceptable
