Very friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was solid and location was good very close to aquapalace and lidl right next door.

Amazing location. So peaceful and quiet. I don't remember when was the last time I slept so good.Stuff is amazing. Breakfast is perfect. I am very happy that I chose this location for my new year stay.

Everything was perfect. Clean, confortable, great breakfast, parking included (if not in front of the hotel the second option is really close and free). For the amount of money they ask is really really good.

Renovations have been done, so everything looks pretty good now. There’s parking, breakfast is included, and we liked everything.

-They closed the entry after midnight I think , when we come at night we couldnt enter. You should ring the bell and tell your room name from outside and they let you in.-They didnt change the sheets while we are outside

Well, this one may have one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in years! Really, really nice. Of course, the location was great and the staff was really friendly and polite.

I liked the proximity to the park and to Aquapalace. The village was very pleasant and very quiet.

It was close to the Pruhonice castle.

Room was on 3rd level and no elevator. I had to walk up almost 100 steps to my room. Toilet seats had pee stains.

Comfortable stay, we were a big group with one small and one big kid and a dog and the room was great for us. The restaurant is very nice.

The property is located quite close to the highway, but this is very convenient. The property is very clean and the people working there are very helpful. The restaurant/ bar inside the hotel is great.

Unfortunately, the global warming is a reality and either we like it or not, months like June, July, August and even September are very hot. During our stay the room was so heated after a day, when the thermometer mercury reached much above 30 degrees, so it was unbearable to sleep there. We were falling asleep close to the morning, when the fresh air went into our room. The hotel placed two fans inside our room, but it was still too hot. I feel, they should move towards the next step modernising the hotel and adding some AC units. This would really make a difference during the scorching summers going to come!

The room smelled of some hotel disinfectant or sth, you could hear the motorway with the window open, light switcher in the bathroom not working well. But overall fine

This is a great place to stay in Pruhonice. It's our third time here and we'll return next again next year. The room was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, we were 3 people and had 3 fans (it's a hot summer!), so it was more than enough. The bathrooms was also spotless clean. Staff were polite and helpful, as usual. I have no complaints whatsoever, we love the time we spend in this hotel each year.

As I said before, no complaints whatsoever. Everything is really clean and staff are helpful. I gave it 9/10 because breakfast could be a little bit better. Don't get me wrong, breakfast has everything and more, plenty of options, but maybe the quality isn't the best? For example, the juice is not natural, and muffins/cakes come in bags from supermarket and not baked at the hotel. I'm probably being extremely picky, as in reality you have plenty of choices for breakfast and for different diets (ham, different types of cheese, different types of eggs, bacon, different types of breads, marmelade, nutella, different types of cereals and milks, different coffees and teas, anything and everything, so you can choose). In general, you have plenty of food and options, and since I didn't like the juices, I chose something else.
