Park Hotel Pruhonice

Park Hotel Pruhonice is a beautiful boutique hotel in a nice little town outside Prague. It was easy to get into Prague by public transportation. The rooms were nice, the staff exceptional and the food in their restaurant was delicious.

The room was quite warm at night in May but the staff provided a fan to bring in some cool night air.

Lovely neighborhood setting close to bus stop. Included breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are clean, yet tiny and outdated (which is a pity, as this place has a very nice B&B potential).The reception can be lovely in its service, but also rude-ish and uninterested.

We really enjoyed our short (1 night) stay. Hotel is pet friendly. Me and my GF visited hotel during the weekend in October with our two dogs. We paid only 81€ for one night including breakfast, which is a very great price for Prague (even that it is not in the Prague directly). In addition, we paid around 20€ fee for our dogs, which is lower than usual (usually, we pay around 20€ per dog, nor per two). Plus around 1,65€ as tourist tax. We were accomodated in the two storey apartment with three beds. One bed is downstairs and one double bed is upstairs. Staircase is a bit steep and tricky, so if you have any walking issues, stay downstairs or try to book another room without stairs. Furniture in the room is a bit outdated, but as longs as you are not looking for something luxurious this is very good option, especially looking at the price. Beds were comfy, shower is not small. There is a minibar in the room, which you can use as a fridge in the case you need to store something small. Switches for lamps are a bit tricky organised, but we figured out in the end.Breakfast was very amazing!! If you are not sure whether to buy your stay with the breakfast or not, definitelly don't skip this option! For a hotel of this size, I didn't expect such a large amount of options. Besides classics like different (really wide range) hams/salames, cheese, spreads, pastry, sweet cakes, cereals, yoghurt, drinks etc., they also had boiled eggs, scrambled egs, bacon and sausages. We really did enjoy our breakfast.Surroundings of the hotel are very nice.Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, so if you need a hotel with restaurant opened during your whole stay, perhaps choose another one.Staff was very kind and nice. We did not face any issues during our stay.

The rooms can be a tad hot in Sommer days

This is a great 3 star hotel in a nice location. We only stayed one night as it was en route to elsewhere. 40 minutes drive from the airport. I chose this hotel as it was close to the aqua palace, which is amazing for the kids and the grandparents could explore the park at the same time, which they loved. Hotel is clean with a nice bar and breakfast included. Triple rooms were fine and great for a party of 6 of us. Nice Italian restaurant just across the road and immediate town is also pleasant. Not too difficult to get into Prague I would also imagine.

Great old but very nice and clean hotel. We have been in Pruhonice for 3 times but now we have "our" place to stay !

narrow and hard beds

This smaller hotel located on the outskirts of Prague exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was in very good condition and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable and pleasantly warm during a stay in winter.

It is a pity we were not informed that there was no dinner service and thus also no fireplace to sit by as the photos of the fireplace and dining area on the website were very enticing for a stay during the cold of winter. What made up for this was the excellent Italian restaurant just across the street.

They opened the bar for us. Clean hotel. Breakfast was fine.

Everything was a bit old. No good place o plug in the phone charger near the bed. One of us didn't get towels in their room. But there was enough in the other room. English communication was a bit difficult.

One of the receptionists was very friendly. A good breakfast. Clean. Comfortable beds. Safe inside the room.

You should consider the highway is nearby, you will hear it with an open window.The reception was supposed to be 24/7. Although the staff was informed in advance that we would arrive late one of the evenings, it was still very difficult to enter the building, it seems the night receptionist fell asleep during her shift.

Nice and quiet hotel.

No air con at all and 1 small fan which we have to request from a very rude receptionist. Bedrooms too warm where you can’t sleep and makes you feel sick. Breakfast was very basic and surrounded by flys.

The staff was nice and location for travelling south convenient.

The room definitely needs to be updated, it was pretty rundown, cracks in the tiles, some mold in the shower, holes in the bedsheets and a broken coat hanger just sitting on the floor.

Really poorly pressure in the shower and they didn’t change the towels.The room was well organized, just a little bit old and and some dust.

My room was a disappointing surprise. There are better choices at that price near by.

I had a room where I had to climb up the narrow staircase to a place where the bed was located. I am not aware that anyone would warn me about that... Seems that the cleaning staff does not like to climb those stairs with a vacuum cleaner either. True disappointment.

Anyway, nice accommodation. Parking was right across from the hotel, there is a 24/7 reception. The beds were comfortable, the room was enough for a short stay. very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is also very good. The room was equipped with a minibar. The price corresponded to the location and class of the hotel.

Unfortunately, we got a room that is right next to the stairs and behind the wall was the elevator, so it's not good for sleeping until 10:00 p.m., especially if you have a small child. You could hear all the people walking through the reception or taking the elevator. In the bathroom, it would like an air freshener and a wider curtain on the window. The restaurant was not working.
