Small lake around the hotel, playground, private wellness (you can dip in the cold river after sauna), wealthy breakfast. Room is comfortable, it has enough storage space. We had dinner as well, meals are simple but delicious local dishes. Staff is very kind, they definitely know how to do hospitality. Various hiking areas (Kriván, Strbkse Pleso, Western Tatras) nearby, 10-20 mins driving.

We had a room at the top floor (3 beds) - it has a bath tube, but no curtain shower. "Translator machine" used at reception is inconvinient - a simple, printed form with the usual questions would be enough.

It was clean and in a good location close to the mountain trails.

I really wanted to recommend this place, but unfortunately I can’t after our experience. It was impossible to sleep at night due to loud noise from a party that went on until 4 a.m. We called the reception and were told it would be taken care of, but nothing changed. Despite our request, the noise continued for hours.We had planned to go hiking early the next morning, but we were too exhausted after a sleepless night. Closing the window didn’t help at all — the noise was still very loud, and it became uncomfortably hot in the room.This place might be fine for company events or parties, but for anyone looking for peace and quiet in the mountains, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartments have a wonderful kitchen that has everything you need for a long stay. Very modern and comfortable. The restaurant is a great pace to eat and drink. The location is perfect for hiking starting right from the property.

It would have been great to have some tea or coffee included with the apartment accommodation. Everything else was perfect.

Everything was great! I really loved the place. I think it is a wonderful example of excellence in tourism and hospitality business. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Really great experience! I can only find superlatives about my stay at this location. Everything was simply great! The comfort, the services, the quality of the place are all simply at outstanding levels.

The location, the staff, the resort

Great breakfast, amazing location with a beautiful deck and pond. Close to hiking/mountainbike trails. A cozy, cabin like hotel, very beautiful. Great food!

Restaurant staff was a little insecure about speaking English with us. (We couldn't speak more Slovakian then thank you and yes)

Nice, clean and spacey room

Room was without cupboards to store clothes;shower gel and shampoo needed to be bought separately - not understandable at this room price; no hangers for towels and no hairdryer in the bathroom;Shower to low to stand and too small to really sit comfortably and without curtain;restaurant was closed which should have been pointed out before arrival because there was no other open restaurant close by

The place has wonderful surroundings, great to have breakfast outside in the morning sun with fish jumping out of the pond. Rooms was excellent, we had enough space and everything was very clean and newly done.Breakfast was great, on the weekend buffet style with many different options, on the workday as less people we had few options to choose from for the hot that they made for each guessed separately. We also booked spa for an hour, the area is also very new, great sauna, enough space to rest, there is also a jacuzzi, which had a little too hot water for our tastes. We heard people in winter also like to jump out to the snow as you can exit the area and walk around to the pond, etc. Overall excellent place and more affordable than other places around in High Tatry.

We missed only shampoo and body wash in the bathroom of the room. We somehow expected it to be there, so came unprepared and didn't have anything. I believe the reception is selling travel packet of these items, however, still would expect it to be provided there ☺️ otherwise, excellent!!
