close to beaches, clean friendly and great restaurant on site

We liked people, location and nature.

Breakfast could be better organized. Parking lot is excellent but if you cruze around you can lose spot, but there is a lot of other places in same street.

We chose this hotel for short weekend trip and we enjoyed it. I liked the spa very much, and it was really nice that you can book it and visit it with the whole family. Also, the location is good, as it pretty close to Kamenjak nature park and other attractions that you can visit during your trip to Premantura.

Good location, nice backyard with pool, peaceful area, free parking, excellent food, clean rooms with lovely view from balcony.Polite and helpful personnel.

The localization was good. The food was delicious especially dinners, waiters were very nice and helpful. The apartament was large and clean.

The pool was open to outsiders and sometimes they were too loud.

Nice and quite new hotel located at the edge of Premantura right beside the camping site and just a hundred meters from the nearest sea shore (it was nicely visible even from our balcony). Room was super tidy and although we had some issues with refrigerator hotel staff dealt with it promptly. Big plus is a salt-water swimming pool. Hotel restaurant was also good. Staff was friendly and always helpful.Price was maybe a bit steep, but it probably relates to rising prices generaly. At the end it was well worth it and we enjoyed our stay a lot and we will probably return as Premantura and Kamenjak park (at the oposite side of small town Premantura) is a beautiful place to spend vacation.

Nice beaches. Good location. Near to the Kamenjak and center of Premantura.

Poor breakfast for 4* hotel. Bad smell from the bathroom. Housekeeper took our towels and did not replace with new ones. Hotel pool is also used by people from nearest camp. Too expensive for what they offer...

The hotel is located at the limit of the village of Premantura out of the noise and confusion, close to the woods. The personnel was extremely helpful and kind. The room was very big with a very nice view and a terrace to enjoy the panorama. We spent the day in the Kamenjak park and then relaxed in the swimming pool of the hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel, everything was very good and correctly priced. Breakfast was very abundant.

The staff were, indeed very friendly and helpful! The red head in the restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was decent, especially compared to beach venues and nearby restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean and the air conditioning worked well. There was paring directly in front of the hotel entrance. In general, the place is ideal if you want to be in a quiet place to get some work done or catch up on sleep!

This is not a resort, it is simply a hotel with a pool and restaurant. As the area looks rather quiet, this property caught my attention because it is listed as a resort with a bar and live music/performance. I was excited for a beach resort vibe with music, drinks, and a fun party atmosphere! There is no bar at the property and there was no live music/performance. The restaurant closes at 10pm and takes the last food order around 9pm and after that, there is nothing to do, but drink your own drinks alone on the balcony. As it is not a resort, it does not feel like a resort. The atmosphere is more like that of a "Дом Отдиха" (Soviet style rest house) for seniors. I wouldn't normally comment on the location, but if you do not get a room with a view of the pool, you will be looking at a campsite across the street.

Clean, small and friendly hotel just next to a good camping. You just need to walk throught camping to reach the beach (5mins). Surrounding nature is amazing! Several other beaches within 10-15 mins on foot, so location is great. Pool is also good, not so overcrowded as previous comments mentioned (at the end of June). Kitchen is ok for dinner/lunch, tasty and not overpriced, staff is really friendly and helpful. Apartman is spacious, and have good fridge and a small tea-kitchen on top of it with electric kettle, coffee and tea. Very useful! TV is big enough, too. Beds are comfy.

The breakfast :( Cheeses and hams are fine, but buns and breads are dried out and tasteless, orange juice is watered down and cofffee machine produces almost water. Fortunately is was out of order most of our time so we could have good coffe from bar. Every day was same old buns...It's pity because we booked hotel instead of an apartman because of breakfast, so it was a sad point to us.

We loved everything! Starting with the very kind staff and continuing with the excelent accommodation! The food and breakfast was absolutely wonderful ❤️ We had a room with garden view and the pine trees were keeping shadow to our balcony. Just wonderful! We are very grateful for everything ❤️

For us (a family with 2 children, 13 and 10 years old), the stay at the Premantura Resort Hotel was an outstanding holiday experience. The relaxed atmosphere, calm location, exceptionally friendly service (Zdenka was an amazing host!), excellent food (the best sepia risotto we ever had), large suite-like rooms with great views of nature from the balconies, a refreshing pool - it was just PERFECT! It´s a great location to explore the Kap Kamenjak nature park (renting a mountain bike and exploring the wonderful quiet bays all along the coast is highly recommended), the lovely village of Premantura (great icecream!) and the city of Pula. We will definitely come again and very much look forward to our next trip to Premantura!

It was a perfect holiday! Nothing to complain about.

Everything! Staff is super nice! They prepared us dinner almost at the restaurant closing time, and it was so fresh and tasty! Breakfast was very good as well.The location is perfect - you wake up to an amazing view and fresh air.Facilities are amazing - especially the wellness.

Noisy fridge.Beds are not on their prime.For me, it would be much more comfortable if on the floor would be carpet in stead of tiles.

The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The SPA is also very quiet and tidy.

The pictures promise much more than it actually is. We booked a sea view, but despite being shown 2 other available rooms, this view was not available. But in the hotel you can feel the humidity (heavy air), there are many things in the room that are quite worn out. Maybe it's because summer is over and it's no longer worth putting in too much effort for autumn guests.

New and spacious, great room with fridge and lovely bathroom, shower. Great breakfast and really lovely staff. Didn't try pool but looked great. Mix up with booking.com as we booked a sea/pool view but didn't get it, but hotel gave us a discount which we really appreciated. Loved Premantura which was quiet but still had restaurants down the road.

Describing the hotel as "beachfront", I would have expected that the beach is closer. There are nicer beaches a bit further away and in the National Park.

The served food was very tasty, the staff was friendly, especially the oldest of them that was serving us food. The terrace was nice and one night we had live jazz music playing.

Unfortunately many things were not very positive, altough the staff was friendly, they were noticeably unprofessional, especially for a 4* hotel (yelling across the room where guests were having breakfast, for example). The room wasn't very clean, I found multiple hairs on bed sheets and in the bathroom. The location altough right next to the sea, is not very good, there were no beaches near it where you could access the water (only rocks and they were inside a camping site). When we asked the receptionist if there was a pebble beach anywhere near, she said to drive to the city Medulin (20min with the car). The price we paid was waaay overpriced and unfortunately we wouldn't recommend nor visit this "hotel" again.
