Hôtel Restaurant Le Relais De Pouilly

Very well located and convenient to Pouilly and Sancerre. Very good place for dinner after a long drive. Excellent stop over. Happily accept dogs. Friendly, down to earth staff.

Decor is getting tired, there are large potholes in the garden which are not covered and could be dangerous for dogs and small children. At times there can be very bad smells coming from the garden to the rooms (from tanks?).

Stayed here and used the restaurant many times - it suits us for travelling through France.The hotel were very good at keeping us informed especially as the restaurant was closed on Sunday night.

Everything.. the room was perfect.. I traveled with my dog.. the 1st floor with patio was amazing.. I got in late the 1st night.. I was able to sit and have a glass of wine while my dog was able to roam a bit (on a long lead)

Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location. We were travelling with a pet and the hotel were very accomodating. Evening meal and breakfast very good. Great parking.

Pictures don’t do it justice, very quirky hotel, comfy bed and great for anyone with a dog on ground floor with terrace out on to the grounds.

Good hotel at a convenient location with a lot of parking space. The room was spacious and had coffee and tea facilities. The airconditioning worked well. The breakfast was fine and the hotel has a descent restaurant as well.

The Wi-Fi was hopeless. No streaming was possible. Tried the hotel foyer just as bad!

The location if 1 mile further along the road than on google maps. The property is comfortable, but in need of modernisation.

Restaurant is great, breakfast ok, room ok but would prefer to be ground floor but my fault for not asking, room ok but bed could be a little firmer for my liking. Staff friendly and helpful. All very clean.

Location in Loire near motorway and visitor attractions. Hotel good with a really nice restaurant.

We stayed here when heading south and found it really nice so booked it for when heading home.Had an upstairs room this time with a different layout but still enjoyed the room and we would happily return next year when we head to southern France again.

The outside of the hotel isn't amazing but it's still ok.

It was exceptionally clean, staff were professional, polite and knowledgeable about the area.

Breakfast was a little chaotic. We arrived to find the only cleared table was for 6 people and when we attempted to sit down were ushered to a table for 2 which was then cleared for us. By the time we arrived for breakfast, supplies were running low; meat, cheese, fruit, bread etc. which were not replenished. I think the problem was that the lady on reception was organising breakfast as well as checking people out and accepting payments etc. Maybe another member of staff would make things smoother?!
