The hotel, grounds, and my room was charming.

The staff need better training, and I’ve never had a 10am check out from a hotel on a Sunday morning. Savage.. Reception was ok but they don’t clean the rooms or replenish towels. The restaurant is appalling. Food is inconsistent, and even though the restaurant is a quarter full some of waited 1-2 hrs for our food in our group of 12. The waiter cake back and asked to confirm my order an hour after I’d ordered and my friends were already done their meal.

The accommodation is spread over a large area but is done well. The room was cosy, with a good size bathroom and car parking just a few metres from the apartment. Breakfast was served in the main building on the second floor, and was good.

Overal positive experience, convenient parking. Very nice surroundings, clean and cool pool.

Pool towels could have been a welcomed amenity, breakfast was OK, the coffee machine needs an update for sure.

We only stayed for one night, because we're attending a music festival. However, we absolutely love it! Swimming pool is amazing, all the animals are just adorable. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to restaurant staff!

the restaurant didn't have a lot of vegetarian or vegan options, but the staff was welcoming and tried to offer a few vegetarian options on spot.

The Room looks very nice in an Old Farmers Look Style. Bathroom was in a modern Style and very clean.

The Room and Bathroom didnt had an Air Condition so it was for me personaly very hot at Night. Second thing was that the Hotelfloor was very noisy, so you could hear every step of other Hotelguests when they walk outside or open/close a door.

No window in the bedroom, light and air can enter only with front doorWe went to this place mainly for the wellness but it was quite disappointing, inside it was very cold, the pavement was icy, whirlpool was a bit old and was not working properly, at the place we were told it is maximum for 2 people

I booked an overnight stay near Kostopice on our way back from Slovakia, and had very little expectations. What a surprise when arriving! The place is absolutely gorgeous in a fantastic place surrounded by meadows and horses. But actually, there are two wings separated by a splendid pool and a good open-air restaurant (menu could be more varied). While one wing is absolutely charming with antique furniture, the other is rather 70's like with poor bedding. But all in all we had a very nice stay and would certainly recommend!

Staff, breakfast, location, courtyard and interior was excellent.

The location nice, surrounded by nature. The swimming pool area is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is overall good.The staff was overall friendly.

The rooms are very old and not well maintained. Not recommended for families with young kids - no elevator available.

250’euros for 2 nights in CZ for not such great room(standard) toilet was wiggling and didn’t flush properly , uncomfortable beds and limited pillows . Very hot in the room .

it is a charming horse farm not too far from Prague with very relaxing vibe, good food, super comfortable and nicely designed rooms. There is a pool, a yard where you can lie down and read or relax, and a restaurant with very goog food and enjoyable atmosphere (both outside and inside)

the owners has two dogs which were roaming freely. They were friendly, but I am afraid of dogs and didn't like that.

Breakfast was very good, tasty, mostly home or local products. Staff pleasant, well trained and willing to help.

We have booked a family room, which was clean and comfortable. The garden is big with kids corner.The horse back riding was a great addition to the stay.The wellness part was also very good and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.The restaurant was good, however it had the same menu for all 3 days we stayed.

The restaurant should add kids and regular menu you can choose from. For longer stays it is not great to have the same menu.

The hotel is on nice location, it is silence there. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast only from 8 o'clock and the breakfast package was not special.

A beautiful historical property with period features and gorgeous grounds. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious and the staff are kind and attentive.

the restaurant service is hire dysfunctional and slow. we waited over an hour and a half for our food.

We booked this room at very short notice on our way back from Austria. We are absolutely thrilled to find such high quality accommodation. Though their were on that day not many guests around the restaurant was open and we had an absolutely lovely dinner in the stunning restaurant. The service at the Hotel and Restaurant was outstanding and just extremely friendly. We are already thinking of returning to this unexpected treasure not too far away from Prague.

The whole object was historical and a nice experience.

The rooms had no windows which was a pitty, since it was surrounded by nature. The Bathroom had no hooks an in the shower was no facility to store the shower gel and the soap.Wellness and Fitness facillities were not yet finished.

Peaceful place. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. I forgot something and Veronika from the reception offered to send it to me.

The room was rather small and dark with no windows, only a glass door. We had to keep it closed during the day and night because of the dog. The wellness facilities are far too expensive. So is the price for pets.
