The location and the hotel building which was a converted old mansion house.

The room was very poorly insulated, we could hear all the neighbouring rooms. The matress and the pillows were uncomfortable at best. Breakfast was disappointing for the room price. You don't expect from a 2025 hotel to have this bad of a WIFI reception.

Challenge to drive from the main road to the hotel parking.In the room I didn’t like the bathroom design with the glass because at night when you switch the lite it is showing in the bedroom.I sent a request message to prepare for vegan milk or cheese only on the second day only milk was available.In the bedroom the mattress on my side of the bed was sagging this consider a 4 star hotel requested attention nothing was done.

Breakfast is excelent, location is in a very nice village, parking is large garage under the building.

The last part of the road to the hotel (about 300 meters) is without real sign, extremely narrow, steep and river stones paved. Drive very slow with cautious.

Nice hotel overall, clean and cozy.

Not that it's the hotel's fault but the way to get to the hotel is paved in stoned road which makes it hard for car and walking to get there.

The facilities were gorgeous. Furthermore, we did like the following : a minor repair was needed in our bathroom, which was caused due to our fault. Although we did not report the small damage to the reception (since we had a very tight schedule in the morning) we notice that the damage had already been fixed by the time we returned to our room. True professionalism I must say!Would definitely visit again.

The personnel was very friendly and always there to help you. The site of the hotel was amazing. overall it was a great weekend!

The facilities and the furniture in the room needed some minor repairs. Also the breakfast buffet although it was very rich, it could be more traditional and I would prefer more handmade treats.

It's up in a high mountain place which had amazing view. There wwere 2 parking places which was ok but you need to be a bit careful with the car. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of good information and places to visit which was worth it a lot. We really appreciate the time that they spent with us on giving some historical details and very nice information about the city. The breakfast options were excellent.

The bathroom shower wasn't very good in regards of the water flow and it was getting full of water everywhere. Was ok with just a towel but had to be replaced everyday twice.

Amazing place in a picturesque village. Fantastic service and delicious breakfast. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the nearby village of Makrinitsa. Absolutely recommended!

I liked very very much the way that the personnel treat us. It is obviously the thing that makes your stay very very good. The breakfast was ok too.

I didnt like the size of the room. I expected a bit more space for superior double.. i think that in the lower price i would get pretty much the same room. Once we got to the room i realized that we paid the extra money for superior only to have fireplace and not space. Before we do the reservation it was clear that the room would be bigger. And it wasn't. I think they had better rooms in the category of superior double and they just didnt put us there (as fas as we saw in commercial pictures of site)

The location was great. The staff were exceptional. Friendly and eager to help out with anything. Very easy going atmosphere.

If I had to say something, that would be that it could use a bit more soundproofing, like in the corridors and between rooms.

Very nice hotel with good welcoming stuff. Breakfast was real good. Room was cleaned everyday.

Parking and entrance with car can be challenging, the village road is narrow but hey, cannot complain on hundred years of history tradition :-)

The hotel is ideally placed for excursions either to the villages of Pilio or to the beaches. The staff is really friendly.

The drive to and from the hotel parking to the nearby street is a nightmare. It shouldn’t be that hard to solve the problem with a traffic light. The hotel should also provide some kind of help to the guests to dry their beach towels and beachwear. The sight of swimming suits hanging from the windows doesn’t do the hotel right.

Gentle service, nice room interior and spacious room in general, car parking available, nice reception area, good bar prices. Extremely nice location in a peaceful area in the heart of Portaria. I guess that the upper rooms had excellent view.

The building and the rooms in the photos of booking.com, were not the ones we saw while there. The main building and reception/restaurant/pool area are in a different building than the one presented on the photos. It was not a bad building, but not a special one like in the photos. The pool was too small to host all clients. Even if they had rules for the use of the pool, there were clients which didn't respect them (noisy enough), but the owners didn't do anything about that. The 2-3 rooms that are right next to the pool are the worse ones, as you cannot even open your window; you always feel that someone is just outside your window. Breakfast quality below average.

Our stay was very comfortable and having breakfast by the pool was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was rich with lots of tasty options. It was very nice to have a parking we can leave our car in safely. Both rooms and common areas were very clean.

The room felt quite dark although it had a balcony overlooking the pool. The whole aesthetic of the room gives off more of a winter vibe, so maybe not the best option for summer vacations. The location is a little bit off the main road and it can be a bit tricky to reach if you have a bigger car.

The hotel is buitifully desin, very clean, the food is great and most impotant the stuff is worm and welcoming. Bery good expirence we will defently come back.
