Breakfast ok, but exactly the same every day.

The mattress was a bit hard and not so comfortable

The view from the hotel is amazing, be sure to book a room facing the pool and the arbor view. The bed is comfortable and the room size is ok.

The all hotel need renovation. The tub at the room was with stitches, the toilet seat was a bit broken and the bathroom door handle was broken (left in my hands a few times).

Bathroom was not practical, narrow and the faucet is weird

The room is a simple one.

I loved most about the place was the view. I recommend choosing rooms with a sea view rather than a village view. The staff were very friendly, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is quite old and could use some better maintenance in the rooms. The décor feels outdated. Breakfast was average.

The pool was excellent and good breakfast.

The beds were very very uncomfortable and the air conditioner was located directly on the beds, so it was unpleasant to use it during the night

Some how didn't take into account how high up the mountain it is.Beaches that seem quite close on the map took about an hours drive though very worth it.

Everything is as described. Very clean, staff is nice, attentive, speaks English. Gym pool & spa facilities are as described and in good condition! Overall an excellent experience ?

No "basic" laundry service - only "premium" laundry service with 2-4€ cost per item, which can get prohibitively expensive. We had to run a trip to the nearby city for a self service Laundromat.

A lovely and charming hotel with excellent facilities! The rooms are spacious and both the indoor and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool and the stunning view !

Not really a downside, more of a small wish: I would’ve just liked a bit more variety at breakfast. It could make a nice difference, especially for longer stays.

The room was very comfortable and huge. we stayed for 4 days and couldn't be happier. Pool was sparkling clean and food was delicious. staff was very nice and helpfull. Highly recommend!

I liked the view and the breakfast

The building itself is a bit old but it’s kept in decent condition.One thing I didn’t like was that there’s no way to control the air conditioning from inside the room — the staff manages the temperature for the whole hotel. Every night they turned off the cooling, so I kept waking up feeling hot and sweaty, which was uncomfortable.Also, keep in mind that the hotel is located at the top of the mountain. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the west coast beaches and around an hour to the eastern beaches, so it’s not the most convenient if you plan to go to the beach every day

Spacious rooms which were very convenient for the kids and excellent location in Portaria. The breakfast was very good with many choices and the staff really friendly. Excellent hospitality overall!

Everything. The hotel is part of the XENIA chain situated in the best location in Portaria. The lobby area is a finely decorated room where you can enjoy evenings with your friends. The rooms are comfortable. The views breathtaking. Ideal for excursions to nearby villages. We visited in the winter, we have not used the pool.

Many families with young children spent time in the lobby, creating a noisy environment, especially in the holidays.

I liked very much their service behavior and the Hotel & rooms were very Clean.

They have very tasty food, especially their breakfast.

It was amazing! The food was delicious and the view was breathtaking. The staff were also super kind. It was all so wonderful !!!

Location was nice, stray dogs were very cute around the hotel and made the stay more fun and memorable!

Exterior finish is a bit old-fashioned, more lights around the property to give atmosphere.

Perfect location ! Everything was perfect ! The view though was amazing ? had lunch at la veranda that is located in the edge of the hotel !!!breakfast was delicious ❤️
