Le Campcardos

Convenient location. The room was small and basic, but functional, quiet and comfortable. Dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet was good. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast could have used some protein like meat, cheese or egg. The bathroom was very tight and the shower left water everywhere. No wifi at all.

Great atmosphere, lovely village, easy access to Andorra. Nice restaurant food although not a lot without meat which is unsurprising. Twin room, small beds but very comfy. Black out rooms with shutters

Great hostel to visit the valley of Carol and Porté-Puymorens ski spot. Rooms are simple but silent and have the basics to have a good stay. Heating works well. The restaurant is super cozy and meals are superb! It has a small bar too. Personnel is friendly and helpful. We’ll come back soon!

Mattresses have kind of plastic sheet it makes noise when you are in bed. We took it off. We recommend the hostel to eliminate it.

Welcoming and warm - great location to go skiing in pas de la casa in the morning - and the food in the restaurant delicious!! We had dinner there 2 times and will definitely return.

Basic hotel just to crash a few days. Middle of nowhere, very close to Andorra. Works for a night or two exploring the area. Good breakfast, mostly pastries and beverages.

Room (at least mine) faced the road, which was quite noisy even at night. Shower is "prison style", you have to press a button every 30 seconds to keep the water flowing.

Really super friendly host. Liked the self service breakfast so we could make an early start for hiking. Breakfast was varied and plenty of it too.Host let us leave car in the parking whilst away hiking for the night, thank you for that.

Bathroom quite small. Maybe a fan in the room would have been good for us.

The so beautiful location, my heart flutters when we had the picnic i the. Reek in-front of the hotel. The nature is so close that you forget all the worries

No restaurant or bar, was open one night with the guests and host smokingThe 40km round trip to drive to the nearest town to get food in the evening.The lack of notice of the restaurant closure due to energy costs.Having to sit in the breakfast area to have a social drink.

Disappointing

Some friends of the property threw a party until 2:30am. We couldn't sleep. We asked for solutions--another room far away from the noise--and they wouldn't give it to us. It was 1am when I complained and they said the party would stop now. Well it didn't. In the morning, the bar was still a mess.Looking at the other reviews it looks like this doesn't happen every night. But you may be unlucky as I was, with the property showing complete disregard to hospitality. It's your call.Doesn't get a total zero score because the manager apologized and offered free coffee afterwards.

Wonderful location if you want to break the long and windy drive from the Pyrenees to Costa Brava. Excellent, spacious room, good quality mattress, lush towels, great wi-fi, super clean and covid-conscious, welcoming, helpful staff, great breakfast, large, comfortable bathroom - recommended with enthusiasm.

The location - out in a small village surrounded by mountains. Staff was very friendly - had to wait a bit but it was really busy and we had our drinks..

Everything bad especially the attitude of the staffs, horrible, they have 0 manner, very bad educated.

They should train the staffs to learn how to serve their clients properly as a servant.
