Hotel Villa Costanza

They were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel included free cookies and water, we really liked the pool and property. The kids had a great time finding bunnies and frogs.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was extremely hot. The bathroom should be updated. The sounds of trains coming past were really loud and the curtains couldn’t block the morning light.

Beautiful old property sympathetically adapted to give you modern amenities.The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious-as was the espresso!

Bathroom was a little tired but having said that the shower was lovely-really powerful ?

Clean room, rustic setting, family friendly

No restaurant, poor WiFi, air conditioning gave out constant hot air, no option to get cold. Closest restaurant being 1km away, no options for food delivery.

Charming place, cos I and with the basics for a trip: good shower, comfortable bed and quiet room.

Wi-fi wasnt working and the staff wasn't there anymore. Tried the call the number to get in contact, but no answer. Also, my reservation had breakfast included, but I only received a voucher for a coffee/drink. No staff in place to help me with that either.

Large clean room, breakfast was very nice and plentiful.

The noise from the trains passing and the motorway all night, so we didn't sleep very well. We would stay again but would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Clean, well kept hotel. Most employees only spoke Italian but were very helpful and supportive, despite having lots to do due to 2 events being on.

The two events/parties lasted until well into the night and kept us from sleeping. The hotel did send an email after our booking informing us that there are frequently (loud) events at the weekends, but since we had booked via a platform we could not cancel our reservation . The platform did not show this information clearly.

Nice, big room with a comfortable bed.Briner is a good restaurant with home made pasta.The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, selection of pastries and possibility for ordering egg dishes.

The place is far from other localities.At night the train can disturb to the northern side.

Big rooms, good beds, friendly personnel. Spacious garden with a nice swimming pool and a playgarden for kids. Big free parking. All very clean.

Close to motorway and trainrail ; pretty noisy. And on industrial zone; nothing in the neighborhood that can be done by foot. More noice in the weekend as they are specialized in organizing weddings.

Friendly staff, room large & comfortable, facilities and decoration good quality. Restaurant slightly expensive but delicious, as was the breakfast.

Didn’t réalise how close it was to a major road - noise of traffic.

Nobody there to let us in.

The hotel says it has a 24 hour reception. We wrote that we would come between 0:00 and 1:00 at night. They wrote back that it was ok. However, when we arrived in the middle of the night as we said we would. Nobody was at the reception. We rang the doorbell and tried calling (and yelling) but nobody came. It was especially frustrating because we had our 2 year old boy with us. After waiting for half an hour we had to book another hotel and drove there. Very frustrating and unprofessional by the staff.

The food in the restaurant is good and even innovative. The rooms are spacious. The wifi is good.

This was once maybe a 4-star hotel, but not anymore.The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming.They make you feel as you are disturbing them..The hotel looks beautiful, but it’s in decay and not well maintained.The location is an enigma for me. Right next to the highway and TGV passing: impossible to sleep because of the noise, even with earplugs..!The swimming pool looks dirty, nobody is using it.The breakfast is actually good, but you need to ask for everything yourself (drinks, eggs, some cheese,..) and again, you get a dirty look instead of a smile when you do.There are a lot of mosquitos and ants are eating together with you.I would want to say: at best it is a good place to stop 1 night, but that would imply you can get a good night sleep.. which we didn’t.

We loved the friendly welcome at the reception and the attention of the owner, making everything that was possible to satisfy our wishes. Superb the garden and the breakfast (freshly prepared). Room was spacious and even if the location is close to the motorway, we did not hear the noise and slept very well.
