Biker Hotel Al Gallo Forcello

I loved the location, the restaurant ala carte was amazing. Loved it. Good size for family room and amazing panoramatic view from the wide windows.

I would have spent even more for food and drink there if the staff reach us more frequently. I would suggest to support the hospitality, because the food is great. Once it happend I sat on the table for almost an hour, then I left with out noticing from the waiter.

Tha sauna is only open untill 18.30. The ski room is unlocked at all times. The furniture needs renovation.

Everything was great from the staff to the food except the heating in the rooms, it was so hot and we couldn't turn it down.

They close sauna and spa at 6PM if I remember correctly which is nonsense..

A bit pricy

The location is perfect for hiking. The area is nice and it does not bother that the hotel is on the street.

I didn't like the attitude. I came here with e - car and information that there is a charger, which was confirmed to me. at arrival they told me that charger is not working and only when I told them the car is completely empty, they told me I could try maybe next door hotel - they are relatives. I mean they could call and ask or help me to arrange the charging. Somehow I managed, luckily they were still open and just closing. The breakfast was disappointing, more for group customers not individuals (I don't think there was any groups there).

Very reluctant reception staff. They say they can't issue an invoice because we made the payment 2 weeks ago. It's never happened to me before. And we travel very often. The hotel equipment is very outdated, it would like to renew it a bit. Very overpriced for the quality offered. We do not recommend.

Everything was excellent. A nice and well equiped family runed Hotel in the heart of the Alps. Close to everythng! Restaurant food was so amazing! Popular with the locals as the restaurant is well named with fantastic chef. Our fish was grilled to perfection and it was very fresh. We had the best polenta with cheese and mushrooms in the Alps. Pizza was also perfect! Thank you so much and we will come back aqain.

Hotel is not that close to ski slopes, you have to go with your car every time. All meat products on breakfast is pork, there is no chicken or turkey or anything, for someone who does not eat pork its really hard to find something to eat. And worst thing about our stay is hotel internet , worst internet I have ever seen in my life

Very good location, the view is breaking,the staff is very friendly is the dream location for every outdoor lover.

Is difficult to sleep if you are bordered by the constant light in the bedroom. Which is sadly my case. I hope in the future the owner will install a sistem for keeping the light out. That Can be open and closed at will.

Location is incredible. The Staff is also really friendly and welcomed us and our Dog very good! Its not a new building, but still very well preserved. Breakfast was also good and check-in/out were fast and simple.

Problem with hot water in the room, wellness in price and paid but we couldn’t use due to Covid restrictions, and we didn’t get refund. Staff focused on explaining why something is not working/possible instead of trying to find a way to satisfy customer. Hospitality should be priority, customer’s satisfaction at 1st place.

Beautifully located, picturesque. The inn was very comfortable with country inn feel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Attached restaurant had great food and drinks.

The place was amazing and with a beautiful view of lake and mountains. There were lotś of tips for trips. The room was really big, breakfast good and pasta for dinner delicious.
