Great location and away from all the hustle and bustle of typical tourist areas. Next to a very nice bakery

The staff has bad english,didn’t even get the room booking promised(different photos),no air conditioning lots of bugs and no nets,snezne is also really boring

You can even see in the photos I got the smaller room(in the photo thers even a desk which I didn’t have you just have at band no work station Tried to talk to reception and they didn’t really care,one of them was nice and talked me I can do late check out at 16:00 and then they changed shifts and talked me I needTo get out at 10 (normal check out)

Was the most orrible hotel of our beautiful holiday on this country....the woman at the reception is a horrible human being and in the morning screamed on us that the breakfast was finish...there is so many amazing and nice places around, please dont choose this one and ruin your holiday

It’s cozy, and quiet

It’s not the cleanest place in the world, also the elevator is strange and vintage style

Location, friendly staff, calm atmosphere. Decent food but a rather limited selection.

The wellness was partially out of order to a point of being dangerous. Sauna worked but the shower was broken, so there was very little cold water to cold yourself after the heat. And the cooling pool was out of order as well.Furthermore I would appreciate private spa booking, especially given the fact that it was so small and you had to pay for the entrance anyway.

Nice, clean room with a huge comfy bed. Polite and friendly staff. Great breakfast, we also had a dinner at the hotel, which was very tasty.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice wellness facilities, you still have to drop some cash for it but it’s still a good deal to enjoy it daily. Awesome food in the restaurant

Wellness was not so clean not so comfortable, IF you use the lift you have to keep pushed the button up all the way...not so comfortable.

Renovated hotel with small wellness, good location and friendly staff. Restaurant offers good food and overall it is good price-value ratio.

We arrived as a family by bike in this hotel. The hotel and its staff is amazing, we enjoyed every minute there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, we could place our bikes and a trailer for our kids in the garage. Also, they gave us all necessary information, they were always kind and friendly. The rooms are fanatastic, very comfortable and spacious, clean and just to feel very well. The breakfast was great, with everything you need, delicious and with lots of choices. All in all we enjoyed the stay here very much, can recommend the hotel and will come back. We want say thank you for everything to the hotel and its staff!

VERY nice employees. Brilliant breakfast. Good restaurant at the hotel if you'd like to eat supper. Nice view from room. Safe pace to store skis/bicycles.

If your room is in front of the street with open window you can hear trucks/buses at the early morning.

The staff was so nice. Two girls helped me for my whole staying.
