The Polish breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly, very clean.

The beds are quite uncomfortable.

The staff were wonderful and the food at the restaurant was superb (I had the Czech dishes)

Getting out onto the main road in traffic was a title difficult but ok.

No lift, the bed was a bit soft for our taste, the AC had a bit mold inside, so we did not use that. The retaurant staff was not very kind and prepared.

Host is friendly and helpful. She called me to make sure I was going to make it, and I really appreciated the communication. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the cappuccino, eggs, and sausage. Room had A/C and worked great. Best place on my trip so far. Cool place.

On a hill above the town, calm and relaxed, wide parking. We appreciated not only the breakfast but also two meals with local specialties.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, but what really took the cake was the restaurant. My family loved the dinner and breakfast served here. It is about an 8-minute drive from the Auschwitz 1 museum (where the tours start) which was great!

The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel was very clean, making my stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its good service, convenient dining, and cleanliness.

There was no condition in our apartments, and trash from previous visitors was left in the trash bin.

Very good location for a visit to Auschwitz, excellent parking, good sized, comfortable room.

Nothing springs to mind, unusual way of making the beds. Two single duvets on a double bed? We ended up putting the two duvets across the bed overlapping half way which worked much better.

At least smal refrigerator in room would be nice.
