My feelings are a bit inconsistent...Some aspects of GRYF are top level (11 out of 10), but some are not so great....The pools are absolutely fantastic (all three of them).Our room was fine, spacious, and airy....somehow it was never too hot in the room, despite the high temperatures outside.Catering is pretty good...I was little afraid first, but pleasantly surprised at the end. Awesome choice of salads, plus other vegetables ( both fresh & pickled). The smorgasbord style buffet has always been very varied, and they almost never ran out of anything.Proximity to the sea shore is super close, also there are plenty of stores and cafés.So all that had been great....actually, almost perfect.But there are three little flies in the ointment:- car parking is shamefully over-priced, not just in my opinion but of almost all other guests I talked to.- some staff's behavior was pretty disgraceful...SOME. Not all. The dining room attendants were actually super nice.- if you need to do some work online during your stay, then SKIP Gryf. Not sure about other hotel's buildings, but Wi-Fi was a complete joke where we were staying, and unfortunately, no mobile data was available, either, from any of the local providers.But, OK...I agree that most of people don't travel to resorts like this because of wi-fi, so I've decided picking "8" out of 10.Overall, a great place which could be turned into a PERFECT one by improving a few details.

Personal, Reception works till 18.00, in reception nobody speaks english, only polish. Breakfast and dinner terrible. Internet really bad,

If you are into eating liver, goulash made form cow stomachs, cabbage salad and generally boring, plain and uninspiring food then this is the place for you. If you want to be hassled by rude and incompetent receptionist who assigns your room and gives a key to it to strangers then definitely you don't want to miss this place. If you enjoy inhaling second hand cigarette smoke coming from the balcony next to yours then book a room at Gryf Hotel in Pobierowo.

Food is horrible, one receptionist in particular is exceptionally rude and incompetent.

Very bad Wi-Fi .We wanted clean towels, because we used ours to wellness (there wasn’t any) and the receptionist told us to pay a big fee.

The pictures of the property does not fully correspond the reality. We were supposed to have a room with a garden view and we received a parking view. Additionally:- cleaning staff working with vacuum machines in the corridors starts already at 8am, so forget about sleeping and lazy mornings,- towels are changed and rooms are cleaned only after 3rd night of your stay (no info about it on the booking website),- poor quality of food (not even a ham but sth as, over 4 nights stay we had twice! chicken stomach stew),- very noisy restaurants (on the pictures you see only one, very nice one but there are two others, one so noisy as school canteen and the other one with fake grass on the floor very badly smelling), all overcrowded - staff is not delicate while cleaning the tables, making a lot of noise while putting plates together,- wifi is not working (if you need to telework forget about it as additionally there is poor gsm coverage), - internal swimming pool is overcrowded, too small for such quantity of people.

Not professional reception staff, cannot made an invoice with vat id which i provided by booking when made reservation.
