    Pros +

    • The pool was nice, and the children’s animation program stood out positively. The activities for kids were engaging and well done.
    • Because I didn’t expected that it would be matching the standards of a real 5 stars hotel, I wasn’t disappointed. It is an excellent 4 stars hotel. Very big, clean and comfortable rooms - perfect for families. Nice and helpful staff. The food is nice and there is enough variety (but again don’t expect 5 starts amazing level of food. The spa is great and clean. All and all we had a very nice stay.
    • Hotel is really well taken care of - modern and clean. Rooms were pretty spacious and nice. View from the terrace for us was on the hotel's parking lot, but with the forest across the street, it was pretty charming. Bathroom was spotless. Pool area is pretty nice. Not too big, but it seems to suffice for (in October 2024) almost packed hotel. Great parking area just in front of the hotel. Overall, amazing extended weekend stay, definitely worth the money.

    Cons -

    • We stayed here for several nights, and unfortunately the heating in our accommodation did not work at any point during our stay. As it was winter and freezing outside, this had a significant impact on our comfort. The staff provided one small portable heater, which was not an adequate solution for an accommodation with three rooms, especially as the rooms cooled down again whenever we were not present. We raised the issue several times. The manager acknowledged the problem on site and agreed to compensate us by refunding one night of the stay. However, despite this agreement, the refund has not been processed and the accommodation has so far not confirmed the refund, which has led to a prolonged and unresolved situation via Booking.com.The staff on site were polite, but the lack of heating during winter and the handling of the agreed compensation unfortunately reduced what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
    • Would suggest that the kids club would be on the ground floor and not on the 4th floor.
    • Nothing that I will mention was something that we personally would consider a dealbreaker. Dinners were in general "poorer" than breakfasts - adding a bit more variety to dinner buffet would be nice. And also, maybe reconsidering to put kids club area from 4th floor down to ground floor (potentially next to arcades room), that'd be great for parents to be able to keep an eye on their kids more easily.

    Good

We travel the world a lot, through a cross-section of all possible types of accommodation. However, we've never had a 5* hotel where the receptionist didn't speak English. The room was cleaned after three days when we were told that we fell into this category of cleaning. At my request we were brought a clean towel after at least two days. The highlight of it all was my pleading at the bar when I wanted to order coffee at 10:30 in the morning and was told that they had inventory and to come back later. When I wanted to speak to the manager after all that, there was no manager there. I'm sorry, but this kind of behaviour is not appropriate for a 5* hotel...Poland is a beautiful country but next time we will stay elsewhere.

It is big, for some people might be overwhelming. Location is great. Depending on the room location you may end up on the delivery side an this will make you waking up early morning. Rooms are spacious! Outside swimming pool -nice!

There was a strange smell in the bathroom. Balcony windows could not be locked tight. You need to pay extra for i.e pressed juices. I wasn’t expecting it for 5 star hotel.

The pool and kids club was great. We had room 101 and it was great. Food was good value and nice once it arrived.Spa was good

Staff did not seem too happy. And how after paying €600 for 3 nights how do you have cheek to charge guest for parking?4 star but not 5 star

Pool; outside area around hotel; close to the beach; away from centre and quiet; dogs friendly; bikes rental; easy to park a car.

Balcony doesn't feel too solid; breakfast area too small, crowded and very very loud; restaurant food wasn't good and very expensive, we ate there only once; no air conditioning, rooms just fine nothing special, clean but not perfect, totally not adequate to standard.

The hotel facilities are good and Pobierowo is fantastic.

The cleaning in apartment area is to be rethink by hotel Management. For a 7 days stay with 3 Kids, the apartment was cleaned only one time. Our trash was always full.

Hotel was big enough to enjoy all the facilities but still comfortably small and not overcrowded despite being fully booked during the top season. I appreciated decent decorations in children pool, clean and big sauna, natural pine shading around the outdoor pool. Variety of food served on breakfast and dinner, different every day. Great experience for me was straightforward access from the rooms to outdoor area. No big fences and too long hallways. Everything is designed in “human scale”, which I appreciate very much. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Part of staff don’t speak english, only german so there were little missunderstandings. But there is a huge percentage of german guest so I can totally understand it and afterall it wasnt problem.

Big and modern hotel 3 min walking from the sea side. I have the mixed feelings about our stay though. What we liked:- spacious and modern apartments, rooms are new and beds - very comfortable;- some m activities for kids arranged by hotel several times a day;- pools area was also clean and comfortable.- location is excellent both for sea and forest access;- staff was nice and polite.

I don’t think that following really match 5* or even 4* hotel:- our room was cleaned once (including the garbage disposal) in 7 days. Which I think is totally unacceptable for sea side hotel. You can pay extra for extra cleaning but then it is not clear why the price of stay is so high;- no air conditioning in room;- too crowded at breakfasts; sometimes difficult to find clean tables.- hotel territory isn’t secured

The Hotel Rooms, the location the view..ind blowing.Breakfast and Dinner was very delicious enough for everybody. Saune's whao relaxation Area beautiful.

Opening times at the fittness 9:00am and pool Area..l would prefer fittness Area to be open much early like 7:30 .The indoor Pool is to small for such a big Hotel with many Guest but it was ok.

breakfast was incredibly goodspa area was wonderfulvery calm and relaxingeverything was super well keept and cleansuper bequeme matratzevery close to the sea and woods guter schnitt des zimmers

if forced to find tiney little things:cleaning products smelled a little chemicallightening in the restaurant was a bit agressivebathroom gets a bit flooded if showering

Very nice breakfast, great spa facilities, suite was spacious and great too. Beach 5min walk from the hotel. Perfect stay for a short winter trip.

    7PaulinaPosted on: 10-30-2023

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and even vegan options.Super comfortable bed mattressand bed linen. Nice quality of the room and spa towels.

Too much chlorine in the spa area, was uncomfortable to breathe, waterpool was occupied with loads of people, hard to find space-too little inner spa area for that many hotel guests in the winter. No option to plug in hdmi cable to display your laptop on TV screen in the room. As hotel is brand new there is still intensive new carpet smell on all corridors. I my opinion they overheat the corridor area and rooms. Not sure I like the colors design of this hotel, but it isn't that important after all. Little too small spa gowns, especially for men's size.
