Easy check in. Spotless room.

Cold water in shower and empty shampoo/shower gel in shower. Contacted property through booking.com. Reply was that they will contact the cleaning department to refill the shower gel (presumably in the morning) and that if everyone in the block of apartments is showering simultaneously, the water will turn cold for a while!

The Apartament was spacious.

The Temperature was low, the heating was not working properly, no shower gel, the fridge was not working and the kitchen Owen as well in the first day, and as I was off there was somebody at the location who entered our room And fixed the appliances. The checking was delayed with 2 hours so that they can clean the room, and the room still had some sofer nets.

What I didn’t like about the property was the poor condition upon arrival. The apartment was dirty, with a filthy oven, a kettle full of white flakes, and large spiders on the walls. There were no basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or extra garbage bags, making it difficult to manage waste. The heater was slow, and there was only enough hot water for one person, leaving the rest with cold water. Additionally, there was no one available to address these issues during our stay, so we couldn’t complain or get help. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and preparation made for a very unpleasant experience.

Nice clean, modern rooms with good amenitites. Our room was very spacious and the self-check-in made it very easy for us to access at our own time schedule.

It's far away from the city center. Luckily there is a good connection to the Sbanh (10 minutes by foot), but the small street that leads you to the station is super dark at night, with no lights and it feels quite lonely.

Very clean and comfortable. Just enough for two people to self cater or just stop over.

Place was clean, nice and comfortable. Furnitures new. Room also has small kitchen corner. Very good place. Highly recommended

Excellent value. Appreciated the little kitchenette area and plenty of space.It was an easy walk into the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

It looked unpromising from the outside but was great inside.

Large room, very clean, good internet, the best service, both from housekeeping and customer service. Very nice and friendly staff. Close to Munich and nearby factories such as BMW

Location. Bathroom sink very small for no reason. There was an awkward smell, I think the chemical they use for cleaning. Had to have the window open for a long time.
