Room is big and at the same time comfortable, well decorated!

The breakfast was really good. Large variety to choose from, great pastry and the lady serving it was always nice to us.

We prebooked separate beds and boxes for storing the bikes and we got neither of those. Also there was no one at the reception and the phone contact listed at the reception did not help us at all. The lady on the phone only kept repeating that she does not have anything about the boxes for bikes in her file and that it is not her fault. After 15 minutes of repeating this to us and telling us this nobody can come to provide keys to the boxes, she suggested we either kept the bikes on our car or stored our bikes in the lobby which was always open and without any lock in the door. I wouldn’t expect anything like that from a 4 star hotel and the cost about 500€ for two days. This is really not acceptable and we are not coming back.

The computer for the check -in at the reception does not work properly. It was difficult to check-in due to technical issues even with the help of the receptionist.

Many customers were having difficulty checking in. Of course, I also checked in with difficulty in relocating. In order to check in when free, the hotel had to inform the customer of the check-in order easily enough. On this day, some customers were having difficulty checking in, so I offered them help. There were customers from other countries other than Austria, and they were having difficulty checking in for senior couples. You have to give sufficient guidance on the order of check-in in advance to make it new.

The wellness facilities were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. The staff is friendly.

Very good breakfast

This place definitly need cleaning! The bathroom was dirty. We complained about it and got the breakfast for free. The showers in sauna need clearing as well.There were dirty dishes during the whole morning on the tables in reception which were there when we arrived the day before. It seems the owner and personnel do not take care about the hotel too much

Nice building, very pleased with welcome at reception with water, juice and water.

One minor drawback is that they started to blow the fallen leaves with noisy device early in the morning and woke us up

The property is very clean and people are very nice.

I booked the suite at booking.com, but the hotel reception cannot find my booking info when I tried to check in.

Spacious room, friendly staff at the front desk, good breakfast

Our room was poorly spundproofed. The restaurant was closed.

Pretty clean, breakfast was nice.

Crib did not have a good mattress. They had folded one bigger mattress inside which made the crib very uncomfortable to sleep for the baby. We had booked a mountain view junior suite. But the window had a view of the top of the mountain only :D The receptionist was not very keen on giving information. The location is pretty isolated. The restaurant was not open for dinner.

Good breakfast (although had to pay for it extra), good bed, pretty good location, not far from the lake / the Toscana center.

We arrived at 6:30 PM but the room was not ready yet.I thought I had booked a room with breakfast, but it was not included. I had to pay an extra 14 euros per person. The receptionist just blamed Booking for that.The restaurant was closed.The receptionist was unhelpful. When I asked where we could eat, she only pointed to a list of nearby restaurants without knowing their location. It seemed like she didn't care.The room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep because of the temperature. When we opened the window, there was a strong smell of animals nearby.The view from our room 105 at the ground floor was of bicycle boxes in the courtyard.

The location, nothing else.

The staff were very emotionless, 4star hotel and you get a water vapor cooler, no real AC. Also not really clean, 6/10 on cleanliness. It is expensive because of the location, but you would expect something for nearly 400€ for 2 nights. I mean cmon. Overall it was a good place to stay but 90% because of the location is stunning with the mountain view. The hotel really doesent worth it.

Passable

functional room, big bathtub with showerhead but no glass divider or curtain shower so that water spilled all over. Worn out towels with large stains, housekeeping didn't manage to clean room after the first night. Overall a disappointing stay...

Cannot recommend

When we arrived there was nobody available at reception which would not be a problem in case we would get the room we have reserved via Booking. We have got much worse room and needed to call for complaint. The room we have ordered was not available and we decided to leave the hotel. During our calls with call centre there were other people accommodated at the place and confirmed that the same has happened to them as well. Do not trust this accomodation. I do not recommend

Clean and great location

On day of arrival everything seemed to be to much hassle for the girl on reception as she needed to catch a bus and leave

The room was beautiful and spacious. And the staff is really friendly.

Just the last minute notice that there was no breakfast. But Understand that things happen.
