Room service that did not made the bad.

Fantastic facilities; loved the wellness center and had the most relaxing massage! Room was perfect and dinner was delicious. Professional staff yet friendly and relaxed at the same time.

Maybe the quality of the breakfast wasn't as good as dinner.

It is secluded, quiet and amidst nature.

Most employees speak bad english, for a 4 star hotel. I booked a double bed, but in my room I found 2 single beds, even if the hotel confirmed 3 times that my request was met. I got a complementary soft drink voucher as excuse.

Room did not have a mini fridge, so if you are requiring to keep your medicine cold you have to take it to the bar refrigerator. Hotel does not offer an option to bring one to your room

Quiet place in the middle of the woods, 30 minutes from Budapest. Nice SPA and good breakfasts.

Dinners can be better, but are good overall. The staff is not friendly. It really lacks some pool for summer time.

The hotel offered as a very comfortable and relaxing stay, away from noise. It is beautifully done, the whole place is well thought out, the nature and wellness offered a truly amazing weekend.

I felt like the food wasn't the best in terms of how the bufet typed dinner was assembled. I think if you arrive in the first hour it is as good as you would like, but after 1-2 hours, after its first serving, it was not as fresh as one might have liked.

Peaceful, quiet hotel with a well-kept large park. It was not crowded. The hotel and the room are nicely designed. It is close to hiking trails.

Excellent location. Quiet surroundings. Close to a lookout point overlooking the Danube Bend. Close to hiking trails. Excellent breakfast. We had half board; the dinner was decent, with varied choices. We had a family room; it was spacious and clean -- with two bathrooms, actually (both with shower, no bathtub though). The kids liked their own room very much. There were two wifi access points to chose from; I measured one at 30 Mbps -- it is decent. Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. We parked inside the gates for 1500 HUF (4 EUR). It it a wellness hotel -- I cannot assess the spa, as we stayed for just one night.

Some waiters are frustrated, bored, with the pain of the whole word on their faces -- it wasn't nice. No drinks are included in the dinner, not even tap water -- we had to pay extra (we had wine and other drinks, but that's OK). Charging 2 EUR for four glasses of water for a 280 EUR room -- what's the point? it's just a nuisance. It ruins the experience. (Mind you, at breakfast the same bottles of water are for free, unlimited.)The hotel is in a quiet setting, but the room itself was very noisy, unfortunately. The (always on) air circulation emitted a high-pitched whining noise during the night. (The air conditioning fan had a different low-pitched noise, but it could be turned off.) Outside the building, the noise of the external roof fans disturb the otherwise tranquil forest. This hotel is definitely not for the noise conscious.In the room the bed was too soft for my taste; I prefer a firm mattress. The mattress protector under the sheet was squeaking; it felt rather strange and uncomfortable. So, I did not had a good rest. On the other hand, there is a pillow menu(!) in the room with a selection of different pillows (on top of the otherwise fine two pillows each) -- I am not the target audience for this pillow thing.To sum up: The staff at the reception are really friendly and welcoming. It may be a decent hotel possibly for indoor spa activities, but unfortunately it cannot offer the quiet, comfortable rest which the surrounding tranquil forests would suggest otherwise. Without using the spa facilities this hotel is somewhat overpriced.

The hotel’a spa was so good and relaxing- nice jacuzzi, saunas and massage.The location is great very close to a beautiful view point and also very close to some famous towns here.

Everything was great! Second time we stayed here, the hotel was fully booked due to valentine's but staff went the extra mile! Food was great ( however at dinner there were not a great selection for vegetarians, which didn't affect us, just mentioned as an observation) spa facilities were open later than usual which was also a bonus!We also had a small bottle of wine and some chocolate when we arrived!Great experience again.

Outside sauna was a very pleasant surprise?? Wellness staff and room service staff were very kind and helpfull.Room itself was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Generaly lower food quality, poor service and - no food choice if you come later then at the very beginning of the 3hour food window.Wellness area - veeeery small and booking ahead did not help at all - they let people in anyway.Food related staff - disaster, reception staff - mixed experience.

food at dinner wasn't good, should be improved. Breakfast was great.

I sent friends there as a birthday present. They were extremely happy with the place. Told me, that for sure they will return gain. Plus, the hotel is pet friendly, what is important for them. They especially highlighted the food.

Not that they didn't like it, but SPA zone is a bit small, but nonetheless, quite comfortable.

Great location, nice staff. Wellness times lots can be booked to limit the number of people in the same time. Food is good. Free parking, hiking routes just outside the gate. Room with a balcony was good size.

Bed was too soft and the heating / airco could not be effectively set.

The staff was very nice, the room was beautiful.

The food at the restaurant wasn't so good as it should be for 4 stars. Most of the food was industrial and premade, and there were almost no vegetables and salads only pickles. The cocktail at the bar did not have any taste. The wellness was not so big, we booked the spa but some people stayed more than 1 hour in the jacuzzi and we could'nt go in. There is a spa normally outside too, but it wasn't working. In addition, there was a dog in a room next to us and it was barking even during the night.

Very nice clean new facilities, quiet small hotel for private get-always. Friendly helpful staff. Very interesting program of star- gazing with an expert and the necessary equipment was for quests organised at the evening.

The kitchen food is okay. For such a place it should be better.... still we were happy.
