Hotel Contà Taste The Experience

We liked everything about the hotel. The man who was working at the desk who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. He gave us a very warm welcome.

The ladies working the breakfast could have been more friendly, especially for this type of hotel.

A very nice and bigger hotel, the staff was kind and flexible. Middle of the town, next to a small river. We could park in the garage for free...

The rooms are older, but kept in good condition, so it had a 80s feeling, but more in the good way. We ordered laundry for our cloths, and we were shocked by the prices... its more our falt, we didn't asked for the prices.

Cozy location, they pay attention to details. This is visible overall.

The beds were moving a bit but nothing serious

We had a great stay here we found the staff and the manager who is also one of the family owners was very accommodating and interested in our stay. They gave us some excellent local knowledge of restaurants and where to go and indeed helped us plan our way back through Northern Italy, into Germany would definitely stay here again. It’s a little bit hidden away but we found it very good for parking and the area was beautiful and safe.

The first night we stayed we had a problem with one of the bedroom lights that stayed on permanently so that kept us up all night and the air-conditioning wasn’t working. However the manager was very accommodating and offered us a suite the next day which was very comfortable.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely situation by the river Soligo, and nice to have a balcony and river view this time. The staff were all very kind and helpful...reception even storing for us some boxes of paper we had to sort through.

I always wish there was a kettle and teabags in the room!

- Breakfast is quite basic. Bread didn't taste fresh. - Hotel facilities are lacking. No iron - 35 euro for hotel to do it for me for a suit and shirt. - No restaurant on-site

The staff were particularly friendly and went out of their way to help us in every way, even phoning and making bookings for us for restaurants and prosecco tasting. Every staff member was fantastic, not a single average employee.

There is nothing that we were unhappy with.

The breakfast was excellent in every detail. A good variety of high quality food and drink.

Booking.com indicated there were tea and coffee-making facilities within the room. There were not. I would have brought my travel kettle, but did not, because I trusted this description, which was inaccurate! The provision of a simple kettle in the room to make a hot drink at any time would have been welcome.

It was clean, well located, large size room. Very good breakfast.

Needs a little renovation.

The hotel and the room was clean, the breakfast (buffet style) has been very good, and the staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast area has been very helpful. I would stay again in this hotel.

The hotel is really well located and it has a nice underground parking space that is connected with the rest of the building. Inside, it is nicely decorated and the room was clean.

I did not like the door lock. You had a card that you were supposed to slide in a slot but it was working really poorly and, at one point, I had to slide the card for more then 10 times until I managed to enter my room. The breakfast was decent but nothing special. There was no cooked food such as scrambeled eggs, sausages or other cooked foods. You just had boiled eggs and sanwiches(the only cooked foods), some pastry that, if I remember correctly was heated (which was nice) and the usual things that you would expect. Also, a major problem, there are no electrical outlets near the bed. It was really annoying not being able to keep your phone at you bedside and having to set it on a table on the other side of the room.

Great underground parking, convenient to Prosecco Road, walking distance to some restaurants. Breakfast was decent.

Room was so hot we had to open windows and turn off electricity in the middle of the night to cool off.

Very friendly staff, clean, nice location. Wi-Fi worked. I liked the matras.

Rooms are getting old, not enough plugs to charge all your devices. No plug near night table

Great hotel. The two of us and our two dogs enjoyed our stay.
