Very interesting location. Good staff but not enough of them. Very clean comfortable room. Historic building, lovely pool and terrace.

Under staffed, especially during checkin and evening meal. No parking on site

Pillows and sheets were not the most comfortable. There was no soap or shower gel in the shower.Bike storage space was quite cluttered and would struggle if more than 4 bikes needed to be stored.

The breakfast was buffet style with as much coffee or tea as you can drink!! A good selection of breakfast foods, it set us up for the day. We also had an evening meal which was excellent quality and value. Location is just a short drive from the motorway. Hotel layout is characterful, beds are comfy, shower is great. What more do you need?

Authenticity of the building is a giant plus. The floor is a bit croocked but this made the stay even better for us.Nice staff and a beautiful terras with swimming pool.The village itself is a steep but beautiful place to walk in all calmness.

Unable to use pool or sun terrace as it rained constantly!! Not the hotel’s fault!!!

Location was excellent, not too far from the main motorway down to the South of France where we were headed. Breakfast offered everything required, nice and fresh.The parking was very handy, right outside. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant.

Very little English spoken but that didn't spoil our visit.

What a find. Minutes from the motorway but a beautiful village with a fantastic hotel. Lots of character and beautifully modernised. The receptionist/waiter/barman was very professional and pleasant and spoke perfect English. The food was excellent - couldn’t have been more impressed.

The only fault is the late check in time - 6pm - but to be fair this was made very clear at the time of booking.

The staff were excellent. When we got there the restaurant was closed, but the kind lady rustled us up some food which was very much appreciated. Room was comfortable and a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was perfect, the location just off the highway was so convenient and a nice surprise as the little village is so pretty.

Perfect place to break up a road trip. Gorgeous pool and setting. We wanted somewhere to chill and relax for the night. Food and service was excellent

The staff were friendly when we arrived. The property was old and had several charming features - sadly the updating and decoration and repairs to the inside of the property did not continue or enhance this beautiful building.

Sadly the room we were given was in the highest point in the hotel, a reasonable description I would think is we were in the loft space. I would describe the room as compact and bijou ? The room had no air conditioning ? fortunately we had a small roof window and a small fan ? or I think we may not have survived to tell the tale ?? another funny thing was the toilet seat that would not stay up even if you lifted the whole thing out of the way it just insisted on closing which was very challenging ? 8 am breakfast slot was given to us and was not negotiable ? we were on holiday and requested 9 am - this may have got lost in translation to be fair so we decided to continue our 4 hour drive to our next location ?X
