The pool was all right. Very nice staff - the waiter/ waitress always willing to help. The view was amazing. Tasty breakfast :)

The air conditioning didn't work. You had 26 degrees in the room. It was impossible to sleep . The playground could be developed a bit.

You get what you pay for

Wellness too small, not enough hooks for the bathrobe.Came with the little boy and had to stand with him when came from the water, as there were only 7 loungers.Asked for a cot for the baby, not received one. Rooms too small to even fit one in.l anyway so didn't pursuit that matter.

Very cozy hotel. Tasty food. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ukrainian men at the restaurant. The location wasn’t excellent for us, as we were skiing ~35 minutes drive away, but managed it. Its depends what are you off for.

Warm rooms in the cold winter makes feel it so cozy. Beautiful view.

Insane value for money. Breakfast, pool, saunas and parking included. Absolutely delicious a la carte gastronomy. Modest, but clean rooms. Beautiful and peaceful mountain views. Family and baby friendly. Large pool.

Poor sound insulation between rooms. HVAC noisy at night. No restaurants/attractions within walking distance. No EV charging.

Food was very good

I couldn't use the massage part of the pool because there were classes there every day. The pool is much smaller than it looks from the photos.

Great hotel in beautiful location. Staff extremally nice and helpful. Exceptional restaurant again with great service during breakfast fulfilling even special requests as well as in the evening when ordering from the cart. Great facility, with swimming pool and relaxation area.

Everything was great. They cook well, it's especially worth it to order from the menu. Clean place, amazing and calm scenery. Great value for money, everyone was friendly.

Only con is the internet connection. Wifi was very weak and mobile service didn't reach here.

It is our second vist to this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfirst is full of choises and restaurant offers really good food.

There are too many flies in the restaurant.

The food was exquisite. The staff were amazing, the views were magnificent; the spa facilities are lovely too. Outstanding!

Perfect place: beautiful sunset and sunrise, mounts. Bright stars at night. Big swimming pool. Good massage (recommend with stouns). Good bar with drinks and cocktails

The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. The parking is free and the location is outstanding.

I did not like the fact that the sauna was not working, because this was one of the reasons why we choose this accommodation.
