The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean.Our 2 dogs were very welcome and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling with dogs.

The onsite restaurant had just closed for the season when we stayed in late September

This place is not for everyone but for me it was good for our four nights. We were on motorcycles and used it as a base. We could put the bikes undercover very close to our rooms. The restaurant is independent from the hotel which is also a campsite. There is nowhere else to eat but again it wasn’t a problem.

Amazing owners, very helpful and available for any advice, delicious breakfast, a peaceful place in the countryside, close to a river, perfect spot to explore the central part of the island with plenty of trekking possibilities.

It is a perfect place for motocycle travelers. The room was big and clean. The restaurant upstairs has very tasty pizzas and a friendly cat :) i recommend it! :)

For Mr. Xavier, only words of praise from the very beginning. The gentleman is very friendly and warmly welcomed us. He explained everything to us nicely and it was very easy to agree on everything with him. Another big plus is that the gentleman speaks and understands English, which is a great relief. We are sorry that we could not stay longer, but we will definitely come back. We wish you all the best from the bottom of our hearts ☺️

We stayed 3 nights here..what a fantastic place! The mobilehome was clean with a huge terrace facing the river. Quiet, pure contact with nature. You have several swimming plateaus on the river and that was great. The pool is also ideal!Xavier and wife are very helpful and enthusiastic! The beach is reachable in 25 minutes. I recommend this place to all!

the host Xavier was very kind and accommodating. he waited for us even we arrived late in the evening he waited for us to check in.

If you have a car and don't mind having to drive a bit for shops, restaurants, cafes, etc, this is a great little place to stay amongst the mountains of central Corsica. We stayed five nights, and the room had everything we needed, from a decent little fridge to keep food and drink cold, to electric shutters to block out the light. The hotel is right beside the Tavignano River, and we found some lovely walks nearby that led up into the mountains

Nothing about the hotel itself. We ate at the attached restaurant one evening, which is apparently run by different people, and didn't think much of either the food or the service.

We enjoyed nature far away from crowds of people, the sound of the river which is very close to the rooms, the forest, the mountains, pure relax. Watching the farm animals walking in the area of the owners property was an special experience, especially for the child. I love the donkeys ?. They speak several languages, which is quite rare on this island. So we enjoyed some philosophical discussions with the very friendly owner. 20 minutes to Corse by car (must have!), we’ve been there twice for a dinner and a long walk in historical old town.

Comfortable bed. Small fridge. Quiet. Close to beaches.

This entire place was unkempt. The swimming pool was covered with green algae. There was donkey droppings in the parking area. There was bits and pieces of stuff that needed to be tidied up and disposed of throughout.

Great pizza. Friendly and welcoming hosts, across the board. The river was just wonderful for exploring and swimming. The owners have baby chickens outside the door all the time, which amuses incoming kids and adults alike. It was very easy to find, but other reviewers have had trouble. There I a loop road that goes around the mountainsides facing the site - that was gorgeous though slow. Rooms had air conditioning and fridges.

The actual distance to Corte is considerable, clocking in around 30+ minutes for us both days, so that’s a lot of round trip driving. The room was okay-clean. All the rooms are rather poorly ventilated, with outside air only entering from one side. The area in front of the rooms is a concrete parking area that can be brutally hot at mid day. The common building with the front desk and bar is chaotic and rather dim, with lots of old and memorabilia untidy stacked around, and so the customer facing reception feels a little bit too relaxed and at-home of the owners. The pool itself was not nice with algae, and the pool area was rather desultory.

Xavier is a great host.
