Excellent staff, very comfortable rooms, nice but short stay.Breakfast was very good.

The spa was closed throughout our stay. The hotel has few guests (early April) which meant that it did not any atmosphere.

The view from the room was nice towards the mountains

Room looked totally different than what we had seen on the photos It is an enormous complex set of buildings where you can get lost. It attracts lots of large families. If you are lucky you have a parking spot close to your room, when you are unlucky like us you have to take several stairs through a maze of buildings. Breakfast was at one of those Banquet halls where everyone looked lost, way too big. Food was mediocre. Pool is only open a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon. Girls at the from desk were not really friendly, except for one.

We had a really long walk to get to our room and had to take 3 lifts and one set of stairs but I do understand it is a big hotel. The decor is pretty badly done, it felt more like a conference centre than a resort in terms of the bedroom. Also had a bedspread over a sheet which didn’t feel too hygienic.

It’s a hot summer and we were not allowed to use the pool before 4pm , no one was The air conditioning did not work properly and it was 28c avg in our room all the time .so hot No lounge to sit on, only the bedThe television was only in Italian ..I thought it might be English also due to Euro connection

Nothing Thoroughly

The room was clean and spacious enough. The food at the restaurant and breakfast is good.

When we arrived in the afternoon, it was hard to get food. They managed though to proved a cheese platter. As we visited the pool, there were swimming classes for children which was not communicated so we felt a bit awkward. The spa is nice though.

The room was clean and beautiful. We had a beautiful experience: if you want to relax this is the place to go.

It was clean, room was very spacious and facilities were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time.

Getting to different areas of the hotel was a bit confusing, but we eventually worked out.

The location.It was hard to find.But once you're there, you'll be well taken care of.

Hotel was gorgeous, good restaurant, cozy rooms and of course swimming pool, kids enjoyed it. Te personnel was polite and supportive.

The place is oasis in the region with sincere service, comfortable spacious room with view and natural light and good spa. The massage with the therapist Ida was true relaxation. You have even EV charging station which helped me during the business trip.

nothing to hate

The hotel has incredible views, which we were also able to enjoy from the balcony of our room. The room was very large, with a huge comfortable bed. There is a lovely restaurant within the hotel which serves an excellent breakfast buffet and the dinner options were fantastic (I recommend the truffle pasta!). There is also a large wine selection, with food and drink both at extremely reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately we arrived too late to enjoy the pool (i believe it is only open in the afternoon), so I can’t comment on that.

The room was large and comfortable but fairly basic, the bedding could be improved for example. The shower was very powerful but could do with updating (the shower curtain wasn’t the best).
