Nice modern hotel, beautiful sauna area

Room was rather cramped. Sauna shuts down too early (7pm).

The hotel has beautiful rooms and a friendly staff, there's nothing negative to say about that. From my perspective, the only downside was the food. The food was tasty, but it felt more like a 3-star hotel level. The selection, in particular, was quite weak. There were no salads for breakfast, no water or mineral water for dinner, only a drink menu for which you had to pay. When we were at Vaya Fieberbrunn last year, the food quality and selection were of a higher standard. I compare it to this hotel, and it was simply better there. That's why the expectations were higher.

Large pool.

Noise in the room, draft around the windows, low ceiling. Small bathroom, Micro wardrobe and storage space. Small portions of dinner. Hotel Wifi doesn't work.

We loved our stay at VAYA Pfunds.The room was beautiful and specious, the bathroom had a bath and a shower.The pool is large, the food has enough variety of choices and the staff is the greatest.Pozdrav cijelom osoblju, a posebno dragoj Aniti!The ski pists at Serfaus Fiss Ladis are realy very good, they are a bit further away from the hotel. For those who don’t ski there’s a very nice walking path along the river and Pfunds itself is beautiful and interesting to see.

Great breakfast, comfy rooms, everyday cleaning, skiroom, lot of parking spaces, friendly and helpful staff

No ala carte restaurant.

Very nice hotel with a pool and sauna. Great indoor style. Findlay staff. Good, but not very good cousine.

Mattresses were far too soft.

The room was a little small.

The service was impeccable, everyone greeted us with a big smile and ready to help. The room was fantastic as were the Wellness amenities.

I think the rooms could use A/Cs, it was quite warm in there. Also the timetable for the Wellness area was really short. You can only use the Saunas until 7PM anf the Pool until 7:30PM, which in my opinion is a bit early.

Not worth the price in my opinion

- Breakfast was average at best- No service, just self service during breakfast- No complimentary drinks on the room- No drinks in the minibar (completely empty)- No glasses in the room (So I couldn't even drink tab water)

Such beautiful rooms in a gorgeous setting . The lady at the reception was very kind so was the staff at the restaurant Half board was all worth it , vegetarian menus were very well prepared and breakfast was excellent Pool and wellness area were just ok

Room was facing highway so there was some noise in the morning hours

too soft beds, slow wifi sometimes, not much to do in the town.

Great salad and breakfast buffets, very modern, great amenities (pool, spa with sauna, etc.), and super friendly staff who give great advice and cater to all needs. The location is nice, but it's a 20-30min bus ride to the ski lifts.

The staff was so helpfu and kind.

Location is good for samnaun, but not good for fiss, no direct bus. Pfunds is a very little town. Very little stores and other businesses.

The hotel is right in the center of this nice little village. Staff was super friendly. Huge choice for breakfast with gluten free and vegan options. Dinner was although very good! Our room was perfectly clean.

Only check-out by 10am was challenge.

Amazingly friendly staff, very neat and clean overall.

Sauna/wellness area opens only at 16:00, would be super to go to Sauna first thing in the mornings, specially when spending only the weekend there.

The lack of an AC unit; the door from the room is not soundproff.

The staff were very friendly and joked with the children, facilities were good, swimming pool, sauna and steam room were clean, tidy and very good. Plunge pool would have been nice!!The food was great every day with good choices and portion sizes.

The hotel is great but no drinks included with the half board catering. A plunge pool in the wellness area would have been good and maybe the ability to book massage etc for post mountain aches but that's just being fussy as everything else was great!!

We had a wonderful stay at the VAYA Pfunds.The room was beautiful and very comfortable and very well furnished. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good. The position was great to reach many points of interest by car.

Good location and friendly staff. Excellent swimming pool

It was amazing place to relax in the high mountains between Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Hotel was very comfortable with huge swimming pool and sauna spa. The employees was sweet and helpful all the time. Definitely recommend it!
