Naturhotel BERGhof

Wonderful family run hotel with a focus on regional / local or their own home grown /home made products. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and they made sure I could eat gluten-free options too for each 4 course menu . Plenty of options for walks and skiing nearby. We skied as a family in Nauders which is 20 - 30 min away door to lift. The room had bunk beds for our kids and enough space for all of us for the week. We enjoyed the sauna and spa area too. Amazing views from the room and sleds etc. for free use although we didn’t have time to use this. Highly recommended.

The place was wonderful - only suggestion is a Child friendly food option on the menu as a standard would be nice for the dinner that is included in the half-board. Kids were provided options on request though from the restaurant menu and enjoyed it.

Family-run hotel that also run their own beer brewery next door. A light place, good food, all locally sourced. Very friendly people that will cater for all your wishes. Go for the "halb-pension" option (B&B plus a four course meal), you won't be disappointed.

- single bedroom has an very small (although clean) bathroom- the speed with wich the staff serves up the next course of the dinner; no time to rest in between- staff setting up tomorrow's breakfast buffet while guests are still enjoying their desert

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the BERG(hof) for three nights, which was an exceptional experience. The room was very comfortable, with a stunning mountain view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with our strict diet. The stay included the spa, delicious breakfast, and dinner(high-level natural farm food dishes). I highly recommend it, and I look forward to staying here again someday! It is a great, quiet place to relax in the mountains.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The food was fantastic, better than in a Michelin restaurant, this is the last thing you'd expect to see in a small Austrian city.

Amazing, tasty, good quality food. Great, big choice for breakfast.Realy nice staff. We had some problems with car and everybody was very helpful.Nice sauna and chill zone. Diners were realy delicious.

If you wish to spend a holidays with an amazing atmosphere in beautiful landscape and taste delicious food, there's not so many options in Europe. Wake up with the sunlight over the mountains, get everything you like for the breakfast and walk up few minutes to the place of nowhere with stunning views. Owners are so helpful, professional staff and I believe we will come back pretty soon!

Mountain hotel in Pfunds- Greit Thoni family-run ( surname of Italian team famous champion). Courtesy and good welcome. Quality local cuisine (obviously forget the Italian cuisine). Multiple walks around ( Platzeralm, Frudiger, Gsnaideralm). Vote 10!

Wonderful mountain view, extra amazing delicious food, very nice people of family owned hotel, Sauna, rooms for storing Skis in warm room, renting option for several stuff, trekking guidance, advises about Skikurses, delicious winter teas, books and toys for kids, and lovely communication with guests and many many many more!!!

Location could be challenging in terms of driving to mountain and parking if it is heavily snowing.No option to go out and walk around for spontaneous walks-just next to the road, no side walks Limited shopping opportunity, only available in Pfunds etc.

Great location on top of the hill, very quiet but within 5kms of a village in the valley. Easy acces to different famous ski areas ( within 30min driving). A full breakfast buffet with local farmer products. The diner was also very good with a lot of local products. Family business with a professional appearance.

Some people will like to detox from digital world. Someone don't. Limited internet acces in the sleeping room but fairly enough in the common rooms.

Absolutely relaxing location, excellent local food.

I have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend.
