"We were accommodated in a newer block, a beautiful park surrounds the buildings. The staff was very friendly. The spa, with multiple saunas and an outdoor pool, was well-designed. A bit far from major roads, but easy to find with Google Maps

First of all the hotel is easy to find and reach. And it is a pet friendly hotel - there is a plenty of space for dogs to wonder around on fields. A lovely place to stay. Thanks!

The place is perfect for both families and couples. It has a large area with a park, a playground, and a lake, all surrounded by nature and greenery. There is also a good wellness center. The breakfast is quite pleasant, and I am sure we will return again.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs on the shower grate and some areas were dusty.

The accommodations, atmosphere and the staff are perfect. Just are wonderful, comfortable and peaceful place to stay and the prices are reasonable.

The issue is the accessibility. The brick ramp is wayyyyyy too steep of incline and the stone steps are treacherous and frightful not even a handrail! Both access ways are far below today's standards and building codes. The ownership should be receiving a rather hefty monthly violation & fine until improvements are made.

I like staff approach. I like the premises. I like SPA.

It's small but I don't like that there is no gym. A small room with treadmill would be nice for people who living the active life and it rain outside or it's cold.

Please advise on booking.com that wellness access is strictly no swimwear police even though it’s not only for Private access but for general public. We visited your facility first time, not knowing this policy and we felt uncomfortable..

This is a beautiful hotel and spa resort set close to the Polish border. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and a pleasure to stroll around. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had a wonderful meal with excellent service.

The buffet breakfast was very poor. There was little choice as many items appear to have been consumed and not replaced

The hotel and the breakfast are located in beautiful grounds. The breakfast has a good choice and solid coffee and the staff are very friendly. The dinner is also delicious. The highlight however is the wellness that is included in the room price. It is simply fantastic and the whole facility is a true highlight.

The room we had in the extention building has thin walls so we could hear the neighboring room a lot.

Very clean, nice, spacious apartment, well equipped, nice and comfy. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a big wardrobe, equipped with a safe locker in the hall. The breakfast (included in the price), in a form of buffet, was very good quality, with wide variety of cheeses, cold meats, saussages, fresh vegetables, fruit, cereals, breads and rolls, eggs, pancakes..., almost everything (except fish - which is a little shame but nothing we would complain about, either).Oh and in the price we could spend truly relaxing time (3 hours!) in the hotel spa. Great value for money! Highly recommend it!

If anything to complain about, it may be the fact that the spa is not integrated with the hotel - you need to walk there (which may not be so nice at foul weather. Otherwise - all was fantastic!

Fantastic idea: restore an old palace and turn it into luxury spa. Plus modern but still very tasty cuisine - perfect recipe for success. Not mention about very nice park.

Spiders! I understand it was late summer and park surrounding. But fat, big spiders were even inside and no one took care

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, pretty place, a lot of old trees. Rather peaceful place, we opted for the rooms in the secondary building.

The kitchen is closed a 21:30 and there was no option to eat anything, even a sandwich. The restaurant was closed at 22:00 which seems to be a bit early taking into account that the only alternative to restaurant is minibar.

The whole property has quite a romantic vibe and is really picturesque when you take into consideration the adjacent spa and park with pond. Included breakfast was quite nice (for hotel standards) and actually saved this place from a worse review ;)

Now, here are some problems worth mentioning: spa area is open till 9pm only, so it might be hard to actually take advantage of it when you’re traveling. Rooms on top might appear spacious, but due to roof angles it’s easy to hit your head here and there… A/C was not working and seemed like missing maintenance since a very long time. This is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Also, as this definitely looks like a place dedicated to hosting weddings, double check your reservation timing cause I cannot imagine staying there during the reception ;)

Everything, a real oasis. great facilities, beautiful setting, awesome food at the restaurant, great breakfast, super staff.
