Premiere Classe La Rochelle Nord - Puilboreau

I really enjoyed the welcome, the perfect breakfast, the cleaning service nothing to say, just that the bathroom is small but for the price it’s fine! Thanks again to the whole team.

locationreasonable price

very hard to close room door!definitely need to repair

Price cheap, room warm

Bathroom, checkin

Convenient as an overnight stop over on our way through France on motorcycles. Not expensive

Rooms are cramped for 3

Clean sheets and towels, nice staff, good value for money .

A practical, modern, clean room at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast was good.

It was pretty low class, AC didn’t work, window barely opened, WiFi didn’t really work.

DO NOT COME HERE

The bathrooms were covered in dirt. There was mould on the walls. There were bed bugs so I have been bitten all over my body.I felt on guard all night due to people smoking and drinking outside of my room all night. It was not quiet.Bathroom flooded.Pillows and duvet were dirty and stained. The door was very difficult to close.Air con didn't work.Room was tiny.We were told we would have two single beds but it was a whole bed.The bunk bed barrier wasn't locked in so it was dangerous. We booked for two nights and only stayed for one and also changed accommodation at a different hotel for our next destination.

Perfect location for what we needed. Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable

The breakfast was really good, a great assortment of good quality foods and drinks. The temperature in the room was lovely.

The front door would not close without slamming it very hard, it clearly needs attention.

Disappointing

There was no breakfast at all in the morning. I have booked room + breakfast but Monday morning 4th of September there were no personnel to serve the breakfast and the facility was locked.

Ten mins from Airport

All of it. No parking. No staff out of hours. Check in via a machine on the wall. Blocked toilet on arrival. Shower broken. Dirty.

Facilities in the room (wifi, climatiseur, TV...)

Sometimes a bit noisy : the road is near

Absolutely nothing

Bugs in the rooom, lights didn't work. Door would not lock making us and our child Very unsafe. Very difficult to get key. Machine crashed several times before giving us the key card. Beds like rock. Not even any space to change in room. STAY AWAY

Location

Price, wasn’t value for money. Bathroom small. Noisy

good location for one night for this price

very small room. no place for anything else except bed. bathroom is very small

Breakfast is simple but good. Beds are really confortable

A bit noisy with the road, but acceptable.

Thank you, The worker at the time of our arrival was friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean can't complain for the price I don't mind staying there again.

price

room smelled of cigarette smoke, outside looks terrible as it is being repainted

Reception and breakfast were fine.Room is functional but unusually small.Hotel looks tired externally - in need of painting/maintenance.
