The room was spacious, comfortable and a good option for a one night stay. Friendly staff and a perfect free parking directly in front of the facility.

Breakfast has enough choices and the service is very nice and friendly. I feel at home to stay in this hotel! The staff are always helpful and caring!

The heating is really powerful and we have to switch off for a long time! But for old people it could be a positive thing. The Aral-Pulse and the hotel should give each other coupon to win-win results as the hotel doesn't have a Charger for the car.

The hotel has very friendly staff and supplies so many choices of the breakfast! The heating is powerful yet easy to control. From the very big window l can see my car.

It is a pitty that they don't have a charger for electric cars. We have to organize the charging all the time. I hope it would be a discount if we charge at the fuel station near the hotel. There may be possible to supply some water at the reception.

Very friendly stuff at the reception and breakfast serving. We feel at home for 3 nights. The parking lot is big enough for all kinds of automobiles. Breakfast buffet supplies wide choices! The atmosphere is very nice and free!

If there could be an electric charger for cars at hotel, it would be even nicer.

The sauna was promoted as without charge. At arrival we learned that there is a charge. Breakfast was very average.

Bett ist schrott. can't understand why this hotel choose to give a room with single bed for couples . Both nights were really worst sleeping experience. The female receptionist on duty 29th of November was the most unfriendly person I ever met .

Reception upon arrival was not speaking English. However next morning no issue with other receptionist.

It was clean and very quiet. Also warm enough.

The bed and specially the pillows were too soft!

The communication from the hotel is absolutely terrible, bordering on non-existent. The manager was blunt and brash.

We booked the hotel for one night as a place to sleep near the highway. The location is really close to the highway, the surrounding area around the hotel is not just something, and the hotel itself is ok. Check in is simple and fast, the receptionist was at our service. The room is big (there were 3 adults - one kingsize bed and a foldable sofa bed); Big bathroom. Breakfast is on the ground floor and has a sufficient choice of meals.

More than 20 black hair which I removed from bed linen.
