Pros +
- The villa was clean and well-equipped. The laundry facilities were very helpful as we were in the middle of our trip. It was a nice surprise to have buns, butter and jam waiting for us. Fatima was helpful with texting suggestions of places to visit. I felt that we got good value for the money.
- Everything was fantastic! I loved the bright colours, everything I needed was there, the bathroom is huge, the bed is comfortable! It was great having a washer as I pack super light and needed to wash everything. Fatima is thoughtful and welcoming, even provided some coffee, fruit and fresh bread upon my arrival. I wish I could have stayed longer!
- We had a wonderful stay at this charming house on Pico Island for three nights. The property was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, making our stay very comfortable. The bedroom was cozy and unique, featuring a beautiful wall made of volcanic stone. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful provision of fresh fruits and coffee, which added a nice touch to our mornings. Our host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our early morning flight. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend this place!
Cons -
- The house was right on the main road, so when we opened the windows to cool down (no AC), the traffic was a bit noisy. With ear plugs you should be fine.
- Nothing, it was all great!
- Nothing negative to mention.

Very nice and new small holiday house (1 of 3), fully furbished rooms and kitchen, a little view to the sea and Pico mountain just behind. Nice location to explore the island from.
We met the lady who rented this place and she was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the island. The place was very clean and spacious and we had our own parking spot. Everything was foreseen. We had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this place.
Nothing negative to mention.
The modern, functional solutions in the traditional, historical building. Good location next to a local bar. Very nice, welcoming host
Relatively small parking space right next to the house. Good enough for a small car and plenty of space for a bigger vehicle a little bit further
Fatima is amazing. Best host I have ever encountered so far. We needed help late at night and in around 10 minutes she was at the house smiling. When checking in she provided us with water, bread, fresh fruits, coffee and sugar. The home is in a good location to visit the island. It has all the facilities you need (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dehumidifier). The house is really nice and well kept. Plenty of spare towels are available, soap and shampoo are provided. In the back you have a bbq area which is really nice. There’s a parking spot on the property or you can park on the street in front of the house. There’s plenty of space.
Humidity is a common problem in the Azores and when in rains everything gets wet. I would suggest an air conditioning unit as the dehumidifier is too weak to deal with the whole house with people in it. Maybe mosquitoes screen on the windows in the bedroom too.
the property was spacious and clean. The host was amazing.
The one thing is there is no air conditioning and when you open the windows there is no screen for bugs not to come in. We had to keep the windows closed.
Wonderful and fully equipped apartments with sea view: a dream location!Fátima, friendly and very organized, welcomed us making us find breakfast for the next day on the table! The location of the apartments is excellent for visiting Pico and very close to the airport.During our stay we also found a small cat who welcomed us outside the houses. To say goodbye to it we have left near the barbecue (a very equipped area for grill lovers) a bag of cat croquettes for new guests.
The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was supplied with everything we needed, and there was a great outdoor space with views of the ocean and Mt. Pico. The host was very kind also and communicative. Good place to come back to after long days exploring the area.
Nothing really. The location is definitely best if you have a car, don’t expect restaurants/shops within walking distance. However, we just used taxis for our few days there and it worked mostly fine.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location to go exploring all areas of the island. Easy drive to Madalena or Roque for restaurant options.
The owner was amazing. She couldn't have been better. She was very quick to check us in. She respected the fact that we were on holidays and wanted to get to exploring as soon as possible. She gave us some great tips of where to go. The house is lovely and very well kept, with everything, and more, than we needed.. It was spotless clean. And, despite being just off the main road, everything was quiet. The shower had good power and ample supply of hot water. The beds were some of the best that I've ever slept on. I'm an extremely bad sleeper, but here I slept like a baby.. i didn't wake up once during the night. Everything was extremely comfortable.
If you have a car, reversing out if the property can be quite dodgey as it's in a corner of the main road. The only other negative that I can think of was that the pillows for the bed are very small. It'd be nicer to have longer pillows as they basically just fit your head and don't account for turning in the night.
Great house. Spacious. Very well equipped. Peace and quiet. Perfect place.
All was great!
Very nice a friendly landlady.
