- Fabulous breakfast. A great way to start the day. So many choices. Our room was huge with a nice big deck. We expected the pool to be very warm or even hot since it is a thermal springs area but it was just lukewarm. Disappointing considering the charge (€14) to use it. Friendly helpful staff.
- Room was very clean except for water damaged flooring. Breakfast was great and very much selection. Coffee was not very good. They had a minifridge with plantbased milk which was great. The sandwitches at the bar were soo good.

- We were there during a festival and I think we got the last room available when we booked. The flooring in the room was very water damaged and vas covered with a rug to make it not as obvious. We saw 2 types of bugs that are very common in water damaged houses and that told us that they had not been able to fix the source of the water damage which was not a great feeling. We were not able to set the air-conditioner to a hotter setting so the room was always very cold. Despite this we are satisfied with our stay and this was hopefully just a room that needed fixing.

Enjoyable buffet supper...excellent breakfast, with helpful staff - will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you for an enjoyable overnight stop.
The breakfast was decent, the location too.
It's advertised as having open spa, sauna, turkish bath. Not only did they not have those available without extra payment - 16.5 EUR, they weren't open at all. The whole reason why I decided for this hotel was the sauna / spa. Total let down.

Access to the pool is not included and is €20/person. It Is the first time I've come across this protocol where hotel guests do not have access to the pool.
Mislead
Nice hitel but nowhere to be found that the 'wellness' part has to be paid seperatly at ridiculous costs.A swimming pool at 20 EURO per person per hour !!!!!! must be holy water !!!!And a sauna which according to staff has not been working for months !!!It would be ever so honoust to mention those facts at the booking page.... especially if you are looking for a nice wellness spot.
The breakfast was good
we were very disappointed after booking this place to enjoy a swimming pool and spa and discovering it wasn’t including in our price of €94 .( originally €101 if I didn’t find a discount code). so we paid literally €94 for a bed. They told us on arrival 2 things. 1. the pool and spa would be an extra €20 for 40 minutes of use! ridiculous. and 2. after I secretly requested a surprise for the room, the staff inform in-front of the other person “sorry we couldn’t put flowers ir chocolates in your room “ … thanks for announcing the surprises …. We then decided to use the pool table, also paid, €5 for 40 minutes .Our bedroom was also a surprise, the bed felt like sleeping on rocks, they provided a kettle but no cups, tea or coffee… just the kettle by itself … They stated Minibar on description… it was an empty fridge …Finally the checkout. I was waiting for the “how was your stay?” or “did you enjoy the hotel?” so I could open up. instead of those questions, I handed the room card to the receptionist and she just said “thanks, bye”4 star hotel?? I’m not convinced. will never visit again
